#### Basically Good, No Frills Stay

This property was in good shape when we arrived, however the pre-occupancy cleaning was just concluding when we arrived about an hour after check-in time. The cute little drip coffee maker had a dried-out filter still in it, so I felt obliged to flush it thoroughly and scrub out the holder. The bed could use a mattress pad, but it wasn't uncomfortable to sleep on, and we rested well in the night-time tranquility of the neighborhood. We drove everywhere we went to eat and play, although walking would be an option for a limited number of people. In just a few words, this studio offers no frills at a nice price, but we would probably not consider it an option in the future.
