Owner is working on the outside but it doesn't hurt anything. Owner/host was great. Worked with us to get checked in 2-3 hours early. Allowed us to leave our luggage until we could get in. We went to the Wicked Cantina and then the beach while we waited. The beach is right across the road. Walking distance to several restaurants/bars, gas station, shops, etc. Unless you have to have be fanciest and best of everything you won't be disappointed. I would return. ##### Matthew L. My husband and I came for our first visit to Anna Maria Island and it won't be our last. This condo is right in the heart of Bradenton and a perfect location for the beach, restaurants, and much more. It is exactly as pictured. So many great things were included, like the beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, towels, cooler, etc. It made life so easy for us since we flew down. Don't hesitate... We dropped off our daughter to USF and came for a long weekend. Cute little place perfect for the two of us. King size bed was comfy. It has everything we need. Including a wagon, chairs and umbrella. You won’t even need to pack your beach towels. He has thought of everything. Walked everywhere except to go to Bean Point which I highly recommend. The sunsets were the most beautiful we have ever seen. Our first time and can’t wait to come back. ##### Tami B. This cozy little apartment was spotless and one of the most well stocked with “essentials” that I’ve stayed in. In fact, after I made my store run, I found much of what I bought (extra paper towels, plastic bags, etc) already in the drawers. Mike is incredibly fast at responding if you have a question- location is good with all you need within walking distance and trolley stops close by if you want to venture out further. Walked across the street for the sunset each night - couldn’t beat the convenience. Might be time for some new pillows is my only feedback 😉 ##### Susan S. Location was absolutely fantastic! We did not rent a car … thank goodness ! We could walk or take the free Trolly everywhere. Restaurants were of variety and various price points . We enjoyed morning coffee around the corner, yummy ice cream on the way home from the beach ! The Beach House restaurant across the street was delicious, ocean front dining in the sand Our accommodations were inviting, spacious and clean !!!! Loved the beach wagon , complete with umbrella, chairs, towels etc. Televisions were great , our bed was very comfortable and our linens were spotless . The apartment was tastefully decorated with a “beach” theme . Rear patio was a lovely gathering place to chat . We met Mike by chance , engaged in wonderful conversation about the island . We had an awesome time at Mike’s place! We arrived early after driving from Michigan and he let us check in early. The condo was clean and new, and the AC worked awesome. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. While there, I left my kindle on the trolley and was actually able to reach the trolley operator line and they arranged to get my kindle back to me via a convenient trolley stop across the street.
