Comfortable updated 3 bedroom home - enclosed, solar heated pool, private yard.
- This updated 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood, 25 minutes from Siesta Beach and 15 minutes from city center. The split bedroom design has large living and dining areas. The lanai and pool are enclosed together and a toddler fence is available The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook for yourself. There is a laundry room and a garage. Other extras include: wireless WiFi and printer, HDTV with comcast, beach towels, an umbrella and beach chairs, two bicycles and helmets.
The location is fairly central and easily accessible to just about everything.
