Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this property! We enjoyed our stay and the property's amenities, there was plenty to do and plenty of nearby beaches to relax on. The grounds were well kept, the house was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The best part was sitting out on the balcony enjoying coffee and cocktails while taking in the beautiful view of the bay! Upstairs air did NOT cool. I came down w covid 1st week and had to sleep on couch where air was cool. 2nd week outside temp was cool so opened windows to stay cool. No grill. No beach supplies. No beach toys. Only a couple wash cloths. No dish cloths. Black mold in refrigerator. Wall art is beautiful. However, Living Room Furniture needs replaced. Dining Chairs need recovering. Embarrassed to have anyone come over due to this. I have stayed in other condos on same property and did not have ANY negative comments re those condos. Real shame.
