Best Location! Right next to St Armands Circle and Lido Key!

  • Newly renovated! This is the best location in the entire area. Short walking distance to both St. Armands Circle and Lido Key! Its a 2 minute walk to the St Armands Circle and a five minute walk to the white sands of Lido Beach where you can always find your place in the sun. Very large bedroom, with a king-size bed and large closet space. New couches and furnishings. Pull out couch (queen size) in large living area can accommodate 2 more people. Kitchen and bathroom have been renovated. First floor unit is easy to get in and out of, with apartment located near the pool and spa. High speed wifi. The condo complex has a large laundry room that you have access to as well! You will have your own covered parking spot so you can enjoy everything around you. Note: this unit can (and has) accommodate 4, however it is much more spacious for 2.
