Summary:

Amazing Gulf views from every room of this 3rd floor condo. Crescent Arms is a quiet, beach front, high rise condominium building that is ideally located for maximum fun and relaxation. Right on the beach with lounge chairs provided. We can comfortably accommodate 6 people. There are 2 double beds in one room and 1 King in the other. Our condo is on the side corner of the building with a view into the Gulf. From late fall to early spring, you can enjoy lavish sunsets right from the lanai.



The Space:

As close as you can get to the Gulf without being in the water!



Each bedroom has it's own flat-screen cable TV & ceiling fan.



The unit also features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen and dining area.



Heated pool, covered parking. All the comforts of home.



Plenty of coin-operated laundry facilities are on-site



Computer is available in the clubhouse for guests to use during office hours. A printer is provided for airline boarding pass printing.

Our entire experience was wonderful here in Siesta Key. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, clean and located super convenient to all the fun restaurants, bars and activities on the Key. We really loved the private beach access just steps from our door. The people at the front office were very helpful as well. This place is definitely on our list for a return trip next year!

Crescent Arms Condo

Great location on the beach! The owner provided information on things to do and restaurants which we found helpful. We would definately go back. Unit was comfortable for 2 adult couples.

Very impressive

Despite the recent hurricanes, the property and the island were in remarkable shape! The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed plus more. The hosts were very quick to respond to messages we sent with questions. We will definitely choose this location for our next girl’s trip to Siesta Key!

Beautiful condo with everything we needed and more. Fully stocked kitchen with every pot, pan and bowl needed to cook. Comfortable beds and nice clean bathrooms. Big TV in the living room for all to see. EXCELLENT VACATION!

Best location

The condo was very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The screened balcony was perfect. We loved the location, steps from the beach. It was nice having chairs on the beach ready for us. I collected shells every day. The coin laundry was very convenient and two doors away. The sofa and beds could use some updating. It was very hot and humid when we stayed the second week in September, but not crowded.

Fabulous beach and location

Siesta Key beach is beautiful!!!! It is my new favorite beach!!! The soft white sand stays cool all day and the ocean was clear. This condo is right on the beach, literally steps away. The lanai spans across the three rooms with doors for each room. Made a good play area for our 3 year old when we were inside. My favorite part was the feeling of community. Waiting in line for chairs, setting up a canopy, and seeing the same friendly faces made for a great vacation.

Everything we need in the PERFECT location

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo is well equipped right up to beach towels and umbrellas, which we were happy to have use of. Kitchen had everything we required. It was very clean and beds and furniture comfortable. One real bonus of this condo is the location. First, proximity to the beach. Further down the beach towards the village condos are set much farther back from the beach shore, so if you want to run back up to your unit, it’s very convenient here. It is also walking distance to restaurants, bars, and small grocer. Siesta Key Village is just a few min by car, we actually appreciated being in a bit quieter area. Owners were very responsive. Check in was a breeze. They are very thorough on info given to make your stay an easy one. Our first visit won’t be our last. Mid 80s, sun, sugar white beaches. Perfect! Already planning our next return.

Absolutely GREAT location. Hosts attended to our every need with answering questions about food, things to do, etc within minutes of asking. This rental provides many of the amenities one may need. We could not have hand picked a better place to have stayed!

Wonderful Beach Getaway

My husband an I really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean and cute and you can't beat the location. It is on the beach, walkable to bars, restaurants and shops . Communication with owners was very good. We will definitely stay here again.
