Across The Street From #1 Beach

The Siesta Key Beach Cottage is located right on Beach Rd directly across the street from the #1 Beach in the USA. Walk out the front door and walk across the street to beach access #7 and you are on the white powder Beach of Siesta Key. You can look out the front window and see the Beach Access #7 sign.

If your looking for some lunch after a day at the beach walk out the front door of The Siesta Key Beach Cottage and head right up to the Village. There you will find any type of food you can imagine. If the sun has made you thirsty there are plenty of options to grab your favorite cocktail while listening to live music while sitting outside.

Take the beach cruiser bikes provided at the Beach Cottage and bike down to the north end of the beach. There you will reach an old concrete pier you can walk out on and watch sunset. Beach Cruisers are the best way to get around. Park the car and throw away the keys. Walk or bike around the Key........leave the car at the Beach Cottage!!!!

Cottage Remodeled in 2011-
The Siesta Key Beach Cottage was completely remodeled in 2011. Everything inside was replaced with new.....everything. The back pavered deck is enclosed by a wood fence. Inside has white washed painted cypress walls and ceiling. Hardwood floors were installed throughout. All new windows. All kitchen appliances we replaced. Granite counter . Bathroom had tile floor, enclosed glass shower with tile wall and floor, and sink. The walls and ceiling are cypress through out the whole cottage. Pottery Barn California King bed and mattress. Two flat screen TV's were installed. This Beach Cottage renovation still kept the nautical decor and design and conserved that beachy laid back feeling to it.
This is not a condo........it is a Beach Cottage!!!!!

Check out our other property ID #964225 only a couple buildings away. This cottage we purchased in 2019 and did a complete renovation. Everything is new throughout the whole cottage.

Charming Cottage

This charming cottage is in a great location, within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We loved the beach decor, parking is easy, and the private courtyard was perfect for our dogs. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Great beach cottage!!!

Amazing cottage! Just perfect for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. Very clean and super short walk to beach acces. Can watch the sunset every night if you desire. Highly recommend!!! We will make this a destination again in the future.

Siesta Key July 2024

This was our 3rd year staying in Dave's properties. As always, great property and great host. The location cannot be beat. The cottage is perfect, and Dave provides everything. We have already booked next year.

This beach cottage is great! It has everything you could need and is literally across the street from beach access! We had a great time. Dave really thought through equipping the place. It was also very clean, which was much appreciated! Our doodles also enjoyed the stay.

The CUTEST little place to stay in Siesta Key!

Super clean and very easy access to the property with details from my Host. My host was also incredibly friendly and helpful giving me tips at local places to do things and local places to eat! There is also multiple beach accesses very close nearby. I loved being able to bring my dog Lola with me and it was perfect for the two of us! Thank you so much, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Beautiful beach cottage

The cottage is perfectly situated a short walk from Siesta village but far enough away from the noise across the street from #7 Beach access . The beach house decor is well done and creates a relaxing vibe. Everything you need is there including bikes and beach chairs. Great private outdoor sitting area and very clean .

Spring Break 2025

Everything was described accurately. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Dave communicated everything we needed to know. The only thing you could possibly dislike would be the road noise because the bedroom window faces toward Beach Road but Spring Break brings out activity into and out of the village until the bars close.

Amazing Beach Cottage

The cottage was everything that was shown and even more! It had everything we could need and it was steps away from Beach Access #7. We loved the outside patio area and the shower. It was a 5-7 minute walk to Siesta Key Village and some really good restaurants. Also a great coffee shop. It was everything we hoped for and more! We definitely want to make a return trip!!

Perfect getaway!

This is the perfect cottage for a couple’s getaway! It was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever rented. It is so tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s right across from the beach access and only a 4 minute walk to Siesta Key village. There were also bikes available at the cottage which we used every day. Dave was a great host and we highly recommend staying at this cottage. We can’t wait to go back!

Siesta key cottage

The cottage was exactly as advertised. Very clean very comfortable! Location is ideal, you are literally right across the street from the public beach which is very nice. The village is within walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and shops. Everything you need is available in the cottage and we will definitely be back again! We loved our relaxing week here! The outdoor space is private and fabulous, too!

Great Siesta Key Cottage

We had a great stay at Siesta Key Beach! Beach access was right across the street and within walking distance to restaurants. Check in and communication with the owner was very easy and convenient. The cottage decor was great and had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. I’m a light sleeper so did notice car/road noise at night with the cottage being located by a busier road but nothing overly bothersome and neighboring properties were very quiet.

Perfect Location to Beach & Nightlife. Adorable Cottage

Adorable cottage decorated so cute. Has all amenities for a couple. Is private, but right across the street from beach. Only a couple blocks from Siesta Village for restaurants and bands. Property manager was very helpful with suggestions and responsive to needs. Only issue we had was attached neighbor had dogs that barked all night which is not anyones' fault.
