Good location on quieter part of town. Reception lady was somewhat friendly, but little smile from the boss or interaction. Private beach is pebble into the sea. Rooms very clean. Breakfast is not good.

Great value, excellent hotel

First time visit to Albania. Wonderful 4 nights. The hotel was close to the port (10to 15 mins but bus or taxi, around 20euros if you get a cab or 100 lek pp on the bus). We were given a stand alone room overlooking the sea and literally 10 yards walk to the beach (pebble). Sea is clear. The breakfast had entry of choices (nothing over fancy but very good and a wide choice). The only issue as with most of Sarande expect steep stairs or driveways down to the hotels. Not a major issue for us, but could be for some. However, taxis will drive down to reception. Hotel was very clean. Maybe missing a tea and coffee making facilities in our room , would be the only gripe . The bar next door, serves great food and drink and overlooks the sea. A lovely place to catch the sunset.

It was my second time at the hotel. Friendly Staff, good breakfast buffet, nice rooms, a car parking, and a 15 minutes walk to Saranda center. Around hotel restaurant and supermarket. Privat beach infront hotel. To Ksamil by car 15 minutes. I enjoyed my stay

i enjoyed my stay at Hotel Nertili. I had a nice room with side few of the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast-buffet. Only thing, there was no safe in the room.

Stanza estremamente piccola. La struttura presenta molti pericoli: la rampa di accesso dalla strada è talmente ripida e insidiosa da impedire l’uso ai pedoni mancano inoltre scalini e poggi mano. L’ingresso alle camere è composto da scale sconnesse e con tubi che intralciano. Spiaggia inesistente. L’hotel come tutta la città è soffocato in se stesso

Friendly place in stunning location

Great service even out of season, very friendly staff and management, good breakfast, stunning location, rooms are a bit cold and damp but I guess that is what to expect in January. I'll definitely be coming back.

Koselig hotell på stranda med god mat

Rent og fint. Er noen år gammelt, men standarden er bra for Albania. Rommene er litt små, men det er mye uteområde. Ligger på stranda. Veldig hyggelig og oppmerksomm betjening. Ligger noen hundre meter utenfor sentrum, men det var perfekt for oss. Veldig god mat. Vi kjørte, og den siste strekningen til Sarande er ikke for folk med høydeskrekk og aversjoner mot krappe svinger.

I arrived after an 8hr bus ride to find no staff, so I had to wait 4 hours before I could finally get to bed, so yea that infuriated me. The beach was nice and open 24 hours though and the staff did what they could for me

Bra läge, jättetrevlig personal. Var där innan turistsäsongen börjat på riktigt så vissa delar av hotellet var inte igång men personalen gjorde allt för att hjälpa oss. Frukosten var jättegod, ingen buffé men allt var färskt och nytillagat just till oss så vi var jättenöjda.
