Friendly staff. A la carte breakfast if not many guests in the Hotel for a buffet. All the food was good. Internet access was excellent. We had a long stay and having parking included was a bonus. Will stay there again. Not in the centre location but suited for our purpose.

The staff were great, helpful and informative - even ran a load of laundry for me! The room was nice if a bit small, clean and updated. The overall ambience of he hotel could be better, with elevators that don’t always work and a slight feel of having seen better days. Free breakfast is a definite plus.

Idän ja lännen kohtaaminen.

Hyvässä kunnossa oleva uudehko hotelli. Siisti kaikkialla. Alakerrassa isohko kuntosali hotelleja ajatellen. Alhaalla myös pieni, mutta hyvälöylyinen Harvian suomalainen sauna. Vieressä isompi turkkilainen sauna. Aamiainen naudanmakkaroineen ja kananmunineen. Kahviautomaatti. Kunnon leipää ei ole. Aamiainen siis hiukan vieras suomalaiseen makuun. Kyseessä on osin muslimimaa ja hotellivieraissa paljon arabeja Saudi-Arabiasta ja Dubaista. Tyttäreni sai pyynnösta hedelmälautasen, koska hän on vegaani. Asuinhuoneessa vain yksi pieni roskakori kylpyhuoneessa. Itse huoneeseen olisin kaivannut kunnon roskakoria. Hotellin läheltä kulkee ratikka numero kolme keskustaan, jonne on matkaa noin yhdeksän kilsaa. Ratikkapysäkeillä on välillä riippukeinuja! Keskustassa Sasan ravintolassa on erinomainen ruoka. Mies on asunut pitkään Englannissa. Tehnyt jopa keittokirjan. Ei käytä ollenkaan lihaa ruokiinsa, vain kasviksia ja kalaa. Elämäni parhaimpia annoksia.

Nice and friendly

The hotel is new, very clean, staff is very friendly and willing to help. Location is convenient for easy access from main roads. Maintenance of the amenities has some room for improvement.

OK if you smoke, beware otherwise

Friendly service, decent breakfast and clean rooms are the positive aspects, but it has been a while since I felt so uncomfortable in a hotel: There was heavy smoking in the lobby and noticable indirect smoke the rooms due to the ventilation which connected the whole building. Couldn't regulate the temperature in the room, it always felt too hot. The hotel is far away from the city center and the local area rather unattractive.

Modernes Hotel 2 km vom Flughafen

Emiran ist ein modernes Hotel, ähnelt dem Motel One Konzept, ( weniger ist mehr), die Zimmer sind sehr modern und praktisch eingerichtet, es gibt superschnelles W-Lan, das Frühstücksbuffet ist üppig, es eird frische Eierspeise gemacht(!), Rezeptionisten/innen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Empfehlenswert!

Not a four star place

The synopsis makes this place seem nicer than it actually is. It is comparable to a budget hotel in the US or W. Europe; it does not seem like a four star hotel. The price I paid was also comparable to a budget hotel elsewhere, you can probably get more for your money elsewhere in Sarajevo. The 'designer toiletries' were ketchup-type plastic packages of liquid soap. There was nothing in the refrigerator (no minibar) and no bottled water. Only had one of each type of towel, so if I showered twice in a day I had to reuse still-wet towel or dry with the hand towel. Nothing terribly wrong with the place, but it was disappointing when it came to the little things and in comparison to the hotels.com profile.

Hotellet låg inte, så som angavs här på hemsidan, 2,2 km från Sarajevos centrum utan 35 minuters buss-/spårvagnsresa därifrån. Detta påverkade vår vistelse ganska starkt negativt, och hade vi vetat detta hade vi valt något annat hotell.
