Rezalet - 3 ay önce 2 yatak odalı daire satınalıp ödemesini yaptık. Otele girişte rezervasyonumuz olmadığını ve ödediğimiz odanın dolu olduğunu söylediler. Çok daha küçük bir odaya mecburen razı olduk. - 2 gün sonra odanın kapısına temizlik istediğimizi asmamıza rağmen temizlik yapılmadı, çöplerimiz taştı. Ancak 3. Gün Resepsiyona sitem ettikten sonra yüzeysel temizlik yapılmış, tuvalet, lavobo hala temiz değildi. - Son gecemizde hava sıcaklığı -3 ve binada kalorifer yanmıyordu. Resepsiyon boştu kimseye ulaşamadık, neyseki odada küçük bir split klima vardı o biraz havayı kırdı ama sabaha kadar donduk.

The staff was great, as well as the hotel location. However, beds were super squeaky so we were waking each other up all the time. Also, the beds and pillows are very unconfortable. The hotel should invest in that asap, as we couldn’t rest there at all, while its a nice property overall. Also, the parking is too far for someone who has more luggage.

Hotel is in mint condition. Extremely clean. Looks like brand new hotel. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location is in the middle of old town Sarajevo. Walking distance to every importand point in the old town. Also, could not be safer location. Recommend this hotel by all means. Covered parking is available one block from the hotel, and also open lot is extremely close. All within walking distance. Not a single problem or complaint.

Great little hotel at a reasonable price. Enough room for a family of 5 which is hard to come by in Sarajevo. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Room was quiet. Fantastic location. We will definitely stay here again!

Staff is 5-stars PLUS!

This is a great place that is in the middle of everything in Sarajevo. But what really stood out was the friendly staff that made are stay even more enjoyable. They were extremely helpful whenever we needed it. Much thanks to all of them!

Best in Town?

Hard to get better accommodation. In the middle of town. Great staff in hotel, smiling and helping with taxi/restaurant etc. Huge familyroom (nr7) at topfloor with 2 ac. Breakfast good being a such small hotel. Kitchen with even dishwasher (didnt used it) This place is just heaven. Go here.

Great location, 3 mins walk to Latin bridge and Baseskije. Very nice staff, gave us some useful suggestions. And, the breakfast is perfect.
