"This place is so unique and it’s conveniently located downtown. The front desk let us check in an hour early; our room was classy and very clean; it has a nice fitness center and sauna in the basement; and the hotel provided us with a nice welcome card and fruit tray in our room without us asking for this or charging us for it — what a nice touch. It’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. "

"Breakfast was $20 not even close to worth the price. 8$ a day parking in their own lot was ridiculous "

"The facility was very good. Service was very poor. The desk staff was very poor. She was talking to someone on the phone - about his upcoming stay on SPEAKER. She never looked up as we were checking out. So we just left our keys and left. No complimentary coffee in AM. There was someone sitting in the lobby that morning that just looked up at me and said “The service here is terrible”."

"When you allow dogs to stay on your property. The owners should be told that they can't leave them in the room by themselves if they aren't use to being by themselves. A dog was left by itself and barked for two hour disturbing everybody else."

"It’s a very beautiful hotel. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and seemed very immature for the face of such a nice hotel. She was sweet but definitely not a good fit for the first thing you encounter when you come into this hotel. She was on her phone and she kept yawning and saying how tired she was. The bar and breakfast staff were very friendly and professional though. My biggest complaint is we could hear every little thing the walls are so thin and we could hear someone stomping above us until 1 AM. I even had a sound machine. "
