Clean and spacious. 750m away from Sapporo station

The place is clean and well equipped. It’s about 750m away from Sapporo station. Communication is in Japanese, so you need to Google translate. Would prefer a more detail explaination on how to access to the key and the room. We were struggling with the instruction for close to 30 mins.
