Check in process was a pain and we had to deal with an overseas call centre. It's very far from the train station and city centre so eating out was limited to the nearby kombinis. Yes they provide checkin process and sent us email explaining in words…however if they have pictures for example first door has no code needed, checkin with iPad etc… much easier I believe.
