한국어가 가능한 직원분이 계셔서 의사소통이 잘 되었습니다. 객실이 깨끗하고 2명 각자 베드가 따로 있어서 편했습니다. 베드도 넓었고 이불도 따뜻했습니다. 일행이 창문 쪽에 잤는데 조금 찬바람이 들어왔다고 하긴 했지만 엄청 춥진 않았다고 합니다. 화장실도 깨끗했고, 샤워할 때 물 수압도 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 굉장히 만족했고 나중에 가족과도 올 예정입니다.
