I am a repeat guest. This time, Room's carpet is badly stained from entrance to window. No lighting in open closet with hangers & with a very small luggage bench & safe box. How to check clothes, how to see items clearly going in & out of safe??? Aside ,no other place to put out clothings ( early nov'23). Housekeeping & Buffet restaurant staff were great. Front Desk short woman on duty 31oct - 11.45am was horrible, no smile no greeting when I walked up after arrival. Very Very unjapanese. The guys during my 9days stay were friendly. Terra- short woman (saw her in May'23) senior staff, very unjapanese "service" too.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Building is very clean and has several shops and restaurants inside. Hotel is also pretty close to the Subway Station so it was convenient to travel around the city.

部屋のソファの隙間やベッドの下、引き出しの中などの知らない髪の毛やゴミが少々気になった。 それ以外はとても良かったです。この値段でこの大きさの部屋や朝食、そしてお風呂やその他施設が使えるのは破格!

Clean, but small double room. Nice onsite spa and relaxation space. 1st floor restaurant is famous for its delicious (pricey) organic food. One of the vegan options in Sapporo.

Great property. Our group of 7 stayed here due to the Niseko bus service stopping there. The onsen and breakfasts were excellent additions. The beds and room were ample size and the front staff were great. The Terra restaurant was a very nice surprise and superb food

The room is very small and aircon not working well. Locations of power points in hotel rooms very user unfriendly. We have difficulties in using them to boil water and charge our mobile phone. Hotel staff are very friendly but not very helpful. Only found one staff went beyond his duty to help us to check information whilereas other staff just gave us a yes and no answer without helping us to find out roughly how much it cost to travel from one place to another.

Is 3 Subway stops away from Sapporo main station. If you don't mind spending extra 220 yen per person, then this hotel is quite ok. Onsen not bad. We did not opt for breakfast. Level 1 got a restaurant that is vegan friendly. Will we go back to this hotel? Unlikely since the extra travel time n cost from Sapporo main station adds up

The hotel is huge, over 400 rooms. Liked & enjoyed the hot spring but i can only give it 1 star. The hotel's air conditioner was not working! They didn't inform me when i checked in only when i turned up the air & the room didn't get any cooler. According to the receptionist, it's the hotel policy to turn the air down when the weather outside is cooler!!!! When i told her i booked here with air conditioner, she then tells me they are working on it, but night time they will turn it down. So they brought in the electric fan for me to use. Will not stay at this hotel & will not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Location is good, English of reception staff is not so good, and they didn’t seem very welcoming. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. The hot spring was a bonus to soothe the tiresome after a day of walk.

The location is inconvenient from the main part of the city. However, the amenities such as Onsen is unique and a great value for the price. The distinct dining venues were all enjoyable. The hotel is located next to the river so it offered a good place to run or walk.

The hotel provides excellent value, service is good, the property itself is nice, my room is spacious with good view. I am very happy, it is of good value. The restaurants are very nice too. The only thing is, a little bit far from main / central Sapporo but it is still very good value for the price.

Great in town location. On site Onsen was a nice touch. We had breakfast at the on site restaurant Terra Farm to Table and loved the quality and variety of food. Check in and check out were easy. Front staff spoke English and were very helpful. Room was small but sufficient for our needs.
