洗面所排水溝の匂いが臭く、エアコン、空気清浄機等電化製品の汚れが目立った。 清掃料の割には清潔感に欠けるところが多かったためきちんと掃除してほしい。 男だけで寝泊まりする分には大丈夫だったが、家族、カップルでの利用はあまりおすすめしない。
