We stayed for one night. The place was outdated but clean and perfectly functional. The guy at check in was very friendly and helpful with showing us places in and around Eden. Overall pleasant experience.

This is an older motel, but the owners have made a real effort to renovate and make it comfortable. Reception is quick and efficient. The service is good and staff are obliging. Plenty of room outside with seats and outdoor dining areas. Very good for the price. I’d stay again.

Very run down. Room clean. Air con didn't work properly. Was placed in room next to others when clearly was not fully booked and could have been spread out for further privacy. Neighbours were noisy and we were not comfortable with that.

Seems like it hasn't been refurbished since built about 40 odd years ago. But hey, it's cheap. Decent sized room, not too much road noise with window closed and new reverse cycle air-con on. Toilet & shower separate from the vanity so good for 2 or 3 people. Could use a lick of paint.

Very quit area . Lovely setting with trees around it . Rooms clean and tidy . No noise coming from other rooms . Was a very pleasant atmosphere .. First choice to stay for me .

A basic motel - OK for a one-night stay. Staff were friendly. Room was very clean, bed comfortable enough. The driveways have just been resurfaced (a previous review had commented adversely on this aspect). Overall - the property is looking a bit tired - could do with some sprucing up.

It’s an old property but it’s clean, & warm with plenty of hot water. We’ve stayed here before during our travels. It’s good for the Budget. Terrible pillows but we always take our own☺️

Very poor. The price they charge during peak ($279) for a small, unclean room is criminal. The area outside looks like it has been abandoned for years

Is it worth the price?
Quite old and worn down. I guess you get what you pay for. Needs work done to touch up exposed screw holes, fading and peeling paint. Not sure when they last cleaned it, the vanity had 5 dead bugs on it. If they wiped it down prior to check-in surely they would not have missed it? The road on the grounds needs a lot of work, pot holes everywhere. Is this worth paying for?
