"5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms deceiving….really 2 suites with ensuites, 2 small twins with share bathroom, 1 single with shower/toilet across the entrance…actually guest toilet.NOT suitable for 3 couples and 2 singles, especially in our case when 2 of the guests had mobility issues. -why didn’t we know about the sleeping arrangements until we got access to the building…??? When contacted the week before our visit, Coffs Coast Accommodation representative told me that the floor plan was not included in the information for guests…..prior information would have saved the irritation & angst experienced on arrival.Living areas excellent. Stove, dryer, bbq not in gd condition.Pool, sea birds & view all enjoyed.Management could do better. Lots of messages, but disappointing when contacted."
