Pro:
- hotel piccolo e ben tenuto, moderno
- centralissimo
- cucina, decisamente il loro cavallo di battaglia
-personale cortese e presente
- struttura che dà direttamente sulla pista da sci
Contro:
- al pianoterra è presente un bel bar, molto attivo soprattutto la notte. E non a tutti può piacere la musica alta ad una certa ora. La mia camera era al primo piano e per quanto poco la si sentiva decisamente.
- mancanza di una spa. Un tallone d'Achille per una struttura ricettiva alpina , soprattutto per la fascia di prezzo in cui si colloca
- se sai di avere un problema tecnico in una camera sarebbe corretto avvertire i clienti prima ed eventualmente proporre una compensazione (talvolta basta il gesto per dimostrare attenzione) piuttosto che fare finta di nulla e sperare che nessuno se ne lamenti. Nel caso specifico si parla di un termostato non funzionante e 24' fissi in camera. Soluzione proposta: aprire un po' la finestra. In pieno inverno. Non è il massimo.
Conclusione : c'è potenziale, la struttura è comoda e si presenta bene ma la commistione hotel/disco bar così com'è non la rende adeguata ad ogni clientela (oltre a non funzionare, ma questa è solo un'opinione personale).

L’unica cosa se andate nel fine settimana richiedere la camera al 2 piano.. perché al bar fanno musica fino a tardi… e per chi ha famiglia come me. Non è tanto piacevole.
