Propriedade: a casa está servida por um caminho pedonal denominado na ilha por" vereda ". O acesso directo à estrada e rua principal situa-se a 30 m. Estacionamento de carro gratuito, junto à estrada principal. A casa, de traçado rústico, está perfeitamente integrada no verde da envolvente. Está distribuída por 2 pisos com 2 quartos no andar de cima e casa de banho e no andar de baixo por cozinha e sala em Open Space com acesso ao jardim. Crianças e bebés: Cama viagem para crianças.
