"The property manager was not responsive to my messages requesting check-in information the morning of our check-in. I had to contact VRBO customer service for assistance. The villa was somewhat clean. There were cigarette butts in the widow sills that made the place stink. The views were nice. Although, 2 of the balconies in the photos were not accessible as the doors to them were locked. I also received no instructions for checkout. "Das Haus war sehr schön und es war wirklich sehr schön ruhig dort. Es gab einen Bäcker gleich in der Nähe und eine Bar wo man morgens Kaffee trinken konnte. Leider waren die abgebildeten Lounge Möbel nicht mehr vor Ort, statt dessen harte Betonbänke, was nicht so schön war. Es fehlen Liegen damit man entspannt dort chillen kann um zu lesen .....sonst war alles super. Das Auto konnte man direkt vor dem Haus parken und Supermärkte sind nicht weit entfernt."

"The state is itself a pearl. They managed to elevate and keep it well maintained. There is a pool which we didn’t use but looked lovely. Room was spacious e clean. Room temperature was just perfect but if you are a fan of cold ask, because I couldn’t notice any a/c or fan. Lovely breakfast and they did have GF bread. Delicious own restaurant so no need to look around for options, price match’s with average, good portion. Staff very friendly. Would stay again!"

"Staff were very friendly! Entertainment and food were fabulous. Pool spotless, great to see the manager being there on the complex walking around observing. The bar staff and waiters/waitresses were charming and nothing too much for them. With the facilities, we were disappointed on first day to have no aircon in our room, heard others had same problem with this. We were moved to different room same day but it meant we lost time unpacking and packing again. Overall the stay was so lovely and we would recommend this hotel. We certainly will be returning."
