A casa é muito antiga, precisa de uma reforma urgente e os móveis estão se deteriorando. Não conseguimos usar os armários, pois o cheiro de mofo era terrível. Falta utensílios, só usamos o liquidificador porque pedimos emprestado da caseira. As camas e armários dos quartos são de cimento. Os chuveiros são muuito pequenos e antigos, além de não esquentar muito, então pra tomar banho é dificil. O banheiro da cozinha tem algum problema no encanamento, pois o cheiro é ruim. O ar condicionado estava com crostas de poeira. A caseira é muito prestativa e atenciosa e a piscina é muito boa também. ##### debora g. Todos os quartos possuem ar condicionado, com o calor que fez no carnaval, dormimos no fresquinho bem refrescante. O ponto alto certamente é a piscina, que até de madrugada ficava quentinha, até parecia climatizada, muito legal! Tivemos um probleminha quanto a água, mas foi logo resolvido depois que falei com o Cláudio, então isso não afetou muito a minha estadia. Espero voltar em breve :) ##### Tamiris S. A casa é igual a descrição. Tem uma excelente infraestrutura, com todos os utensílios de cozinha, até coisas a mais do que precisávamos. É bem completa. Um detalhe importante: a casa não tem wi-fi. O caseiro disse que a internet é dele. Ele colocou a senha para as crianças, mas teve um dia que ele desligou depois que conversamos com o proprietário sobre o cachorro. Nos primeiros dias a tv só pegava alguns canais, porque a caixinha da operadora era muito antiga, até que um dia ela não pegou nada, então entramos em contato com o Sr Claudio que imediatamente acionou a operadora e resolveu. A casa só precisa de uma manutenção em alguns detalhes que vou colocar aqui como sugestão de melhoria: o cantinho da churrasqueira é lindo porém não conseguimos utilizar porque estava chovendo e chovia dentro da churrasqueira e pingava na pessoa que ficava na churrasqueira. Ainda bem que tem outra churrasqueira na garagem, então usamos ela. Os quartos estavam com infiltrações nas paredes, e como choveu todos os dias, isso se agravou, deixando os quartos mais úmidos e com muito cheiro de mofo, o que provocou em algumas pessoas renite alérgica. Os armários são de alvenaria e como estava úmida as paredes as roupas e malas ficaram molhadas. O ar condicionado estava com o filtro muito sujo, mas pedimos para o caseiro limpar e ele prontamente nos atendeu. Também sugiro deixar um varal de chão para colocarmos a roupa para secar. Não tem onde colocar as toalhas, tínhamos que deixar em cadeiras. Resumindo: a casa é muito boa, tirando essas situações que descrevi, vale a pena. E a receptividade do Sr Claudio é excelente. Quem gosta de fazer uma caminhada, vai curtir chegar até a praia andando em torno de15 a 20 minutos. Mas, se preferir pode ir de carro em 7 minutinhos. Pegamos chuva em todos os dias, mas a estrutura da casa com um ar de campo e até uma lareira, ajuda a tomar um bom vinho, com uma boa comida e boa conversa. Nossa, estadia foi positiva. Os quartos são espaçosos e arejados, ar-condicionado funcionando em todos. Apenas ressalto a condição das camas de concreto, no qual o gesso está se desfazendo. No terreno, a grama encharca muita água formando poças, mesmo tendo bomba, mas não tivemos problemas em relação a isso. O caseiro é atencioso e cuidou da piscina todos os dias. A localização é boa, apesar da distância da praia (cerca de 10 min a pé). Otima casa e espaço para interação. A casa esta realmente como apresentada no anuncio, os quartos, mesmo que separados da sala e cozinha, são ótimos. A area de churrasco e piscina são o ponto alto. Outro ponto positivo é o caseiro, que nos ajudou com tudo que precisamos. Eu e alguns amigos ficamos hospedados por três dias e a casa é muito bem equipada para receber hóspedes, acomodando tranquilamente 12 pessoas, o ar condicionado de cada quarto e da sala principal funcionam normalmente, apesar de aparentar ser um pouco antiga, a casa tem uma ótima estrutura, o proprietário foi muito atencioso na comunicação via WhatsApp e o caseiro também muito atencioso. Porém, gostaria de apenas colocar alguns pontos a serem corrigidos, como a lona da piscina esta um pouco antiga, assim, a água aparente estar suja, no entanto, o Uedson, o caseiro, fez o possível para mantê-la limpa. E havia um quarto que o chuveiro não estava funcionando. Sobre a localização, é um pouco distante da praia e como choveu, o caminho principal ficou bloqueado, porém não achei de grande dificuldade para acessar indo a pé, e pelo valor da casa compensa também!
