Casa é boa, espaçosa e arejada, mas a infraestrutura não é tudo o que anuncia: anunciam duas geladeiras, mas só uma funciona, anunciam armários nos quartos, mas ficam lacrados, anunciam 2 banheiros na piscina, mas um fica trancado, o outro serve depósito de lixo. Pouquíssimos talheres e panelas, nenhum copo, forno quebrado, churrasqueira quebrada. Rede elétrica muito fraca, quando liga um chuveiro as luzes quase se apagam. Uma cama quebrou na primeira noite. Caseiro muito solícito, mas falta preparo do administrador em acolher as críticas cozinha,

Casa velha com muitos problemas

Alugamos a casa por 43 dias para uma reuniao de minha familia com 3 idosos cadeirantes. A casa e grande e a propriedade e linda e realmente esta cercada de natureza maravilhosa o caseiro foi muito prestativo com a gente. Porem a casa apresenta serios problemas eletricos, encanamento sem cuidados, telhados quebrados e com vazamentos na casa, geladeira na churrasqueira quebrada, colchoes velhos nos quartos e moveis em geral velhos e disconfortaveis. Durante toda a estadia tive que solicitar algo a proprietaria. Um dos problemas graves pra mim foi que eu precisava de internet para trabalhar, a proprietaria me disse que nao haveria nenhum problema, porem mas ela nao me disse que quando chove forte tem apagoes que levam dias pra voltar, nao tem agua e nao tem internet. Tivemos varias chuvas fortes e eu tive que voltar para a cidade e nao desfrutei de minha estadia na casa, o qual estava totalmente paga. Esta casa nao poderia jamais ter sido alugada nem na Vrbo e nenhuma plataforma nesse estado em que esta. Muito lamentavel que tivemos que passar por tantos transtornos durante nossa estadia e com certeza nao voltaremos mais.
