Friendly staff, clean property

Staff were friendly, prompt, and courteous. She even gave us a gift for mother's day. The room itself was clean and as described but the refridgerator was leaking. I appreciate the friendly staff who helped make our stay great!

Excellent location and the flat is great. It is like a hotel so they provide cleaning services and security at the door. We wanted to change towels and they brought it to us so fast. I really recommend it!!

O processo de check-in e check-out é ótimo, muito rápido e os funcionários do flat são muito gentis. A acomodação, porém, é muito pequena para 4 pessoas, não comporta todos adequadamente e fica bastante desconfortável. A limpeza deixa a desejar e o quarto precisa de uma boa manutenção.
