This neighborhood is not the best in complete gentrification, but you should know that if you know São Paulo, The apartment complex is nicely renovated but seems Poorly manage, apartment wasn’t clean properly, mold in the bathroom, dust everywhere. The electric keypad was disfonctional. Such a shame beside the neighbor this could have been a decent stay

Well for a stay of 7 days they only provide 1 towels. Then the bathroom had some mold in it. They were some cockroach near the stove area Beside the lady was help full when it came to help with the facial recognition. But that was bit of hassle to get it done because they didn't send the required information on time for me to register on time.

O apartamento limpo e amplo,mais a cozinha não tem utensílios o suficiente para o básico.Por exemplo: Não tem cafeteira nem onde fazer um café,tem apenas duas panelas pequenas e um escorregador bem pequeno para massas. Não tem sanduícheira,não tem esponja nem sabão para lavar louça,tem forno mais não tem assadeira nem um refratário que possa usar no forno,nem utensílios nenhum que possa servir a comida a mesa e papel é só um rolo que falaram ser cortesia .Quando questionei ao anfitrião ele me respondeu que o que tem na cozinha do apartamento para eles é equipado e suficiente.Lembrando que minha hospedagem foi uma semana com 4 pessoas.Fiz essa reserva justamente por causa da cozinha que no anuncio fala ser equipada,se eu não precisasse da cozinha teria feito em um hotel.

Infelizmente, nossa experiência no Edifício Arinda foi muito negativa. O maior problema foi o mau cheiro de esgoto vindo dos banheiros, que se espalhava por todo o apartamento. Além disso, enfrentamos uma infestação de baratas em todos os cômodos (banheiros, quartos, sala e cozinha). Era muito incômodo dormir e acordar vendo baratas por todo lado. Em um dos quartos o box da cama não tinha pés, estava apoiado inteiramente no chão. A manutenção deixa muito a desejar: sofá sujo com muitas manchas; a bancada do fogão de indução está quebrada e a máquina de lavar roupas não funciona (apresenta erro E-64 após 30 minutos). Fica claro que o problema é antigo, pois havia até sabão acumulado de tentativas anteriores de outros hóspedes. Os únicos pontos positivos são a localização e a segurança do prédio, mas, devido à falta de higiene e cuidado, não pretendemos voltar.

Apartamento bem localizado, climatizado e espaçoso. Adoramos a estadia. Como feedback pra melhoras apenas alguns pontos: ao chegarmos vimos algumas baratinhas “francesinhas”, então talvez o prédio precise de uma Dedetizacao. Poderiam disponibilizar mais toalhas de tamanho maior, só tinha uma no quarto. Muito barulho na rua.

Não tem recepção. O acesso ao local é com biometria facial, o que pode ser feito por meio de um link que é enviado por e-mail. Solicitamos checkin antes do horário habitual (15h), o que foi aceito pela administração. No entanto, a leitura facial só funcionaria após as 15h, o que dificultou a nossa entrada no prédio. O apartamento em si é bem ok, sala com tá, cozinha (equipada com geladeira, fogão de indução, pratos, xícaras e talheres, não tem copos, um microondas e duas panelas pequenas, não tem pano de prato, tinha uma esponja e não tinha detergente) dois quartos de bom tamanho, um com uma cama que eu acredito ser king e o outro com uma cama menor, não sei se queen ou casal. Dois banheiros, sendo o quarto maior suite. Porém o chuveiro da suíte não estava aquecendo a água. Também estava no anúncio que seriam fornecidas toalhas, fomos em grupo de 4 pessoas. Quando chegamos, a empresa informou que devido ao checkin ter ocorrido mais cedo, não teriam como entregar as toalhas. Somente no horário normal de checkin, as 15h, o que aceitamos sem problemas. As 15h não foi entregue nenhuma toalha. Depois de muito solicitar, entregaram duas toalhas (no terceiro dia de estadia) e prometeram entregar as outras duas no dia seguinte, o que não ocorreu. Entrei em contato novamente e foi dito que teria havido um problema com a empresa fornecedora das toalhas e não teriam como nos atender. Além disso, tem MUITA barata. MUITA mesmo, por tudo. No térreo tem um cheiro muito ruim, tipo esgoto.

Ao fazer checkin percebi que não havia toalhas disponíveis no apartamento. Solicitei via whatsapp, porém informaram que só poderiam entrega-las no dia seguinte. Fiquei hospedado 3 dias e nunca recebi toalhas. Precisei ir a uma loja comprar. Não me deram nenhuma justificativa. Péssimo atendimento ao cliente.

Chegamos no apartamento e o mesmo estava sujo. Não foi limpo. Cheio de lixo. Banheiro, geladeira, chão tudo sujo. Entrei em contato com a equipe de CX da Tabas, que enviou uma equipe para limpeza quase uma hora depois. Fora isso, apareciam baratas. A pia do banheiro social entupida. Mal tinham utencílios de cozinha.

O apt não parecia ter sido limpo. A varanda estava imunda de poeira, em cima da geladeira também estava com bastante pó, o vaso sanitário não estava limpo e tinha muita barata no apartamento. O colchão da cama de casal também já estava afundando e não era muito confortável
