I found this Hotel to be very well maintained and clean. It had a useful gym and a swimming pool that was small on the top floor and it was heated. I didn’t use it. The included breakfast was great!

Staff was nice. They granted a 2-hour late check out that helped us a lot. 24 room service. A hotel clearly dedicated to transit guests half hour to and from GRU AIRPORT. Free bus to/from GRU according to schedule .

Free breakfast was good. Gym is nice, clean and big. The pool was out of order which was disappointing and the hottub had cold water in it but you could still go in the "hottub" Free shuttle to the airport was convenient. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Disliked: Amenities
To start the transportation/transfer from and to the airport was good (on time, and from the exact location mentioned). The receptionists were accommodating to an early check-in at 11:40 am (on a Sunday). The room was spacious. The A/C worked fine. Cleanliness was not bad. I stayed in room 2108 and the internet was horrible. It worked when I checked in until around 6:50 p.m then it never worked again in the room. I called down to reception to inform and they said they’d look into it but nothing was done. Had to go down to the hotel lobby to use the WiFi - not acceptable on today’s date where everywhere you have internet. The breakfast was good, even though not that many options. It had the basic where one can eat decent.
