- Refuge in Santana de Parnaíba on the upper floor, 100% private and with fireplace. Ideal for up to 3 guests for work or leisure, with easy access to Alphaville and industrial hubs. It has a suite, single bedroom, equipped kitchen and exclusive green courtyard. Your pet is welcome! Note: For your total safety, a housekeeper resides in an annex at the back of the property, but with completely independent entrance. Your courtyard, accesses and accommodation are for exclusive and private use.
- Strategic location with easy car access: 25 minutes from Alphaville shopping centre, 20 minutes from the industrial hubs of Jandira, Barueri and Itapevi, 5 minutes from Aldeia da Serra Shopping Centre and 20 minutes from the Historic Centre of Santana de Parnaíba
