Não aceitaram trocar o tipo da reserva para single. Não tinha restaurante para café da manhã, o café foi oferecido numa lanchonete do complexo. No check out foi cobrado um imposto que não foi informado na reserva.

O hotel é novo, então alguns ajustes devem ser realizados antes de classificá-lo como excepcional. Não havia touca de banho no kit de higiene de banheiro, e isso faz falta, não adicionando grande custo ao hotel. O café da manhã, servido pelo Fran's Café, deixa um pouco a desejar, pela pouca variedade e racionamento do mesmo; para quem fica 2 dias ok, mas após 2 dias, é muito repetitivo. Uma surpresa agradável para mim, foi a presença de tábua e ferro de passar, pois muitas vezes a roupa chega amarrotada após a viagem.

Atendentes são bem humorados e eficientes. Estacionamento espaçoso com custo adequado. Quarto amplo e bem servido de equipamentos os quais proporcionam uma noite bem dormida. Café da manhã gostoso porém poderia ter mais opções saudáveis como cereais. A identificação do hotel pode ser melhor sinalizada de forma a poder ser facilmente localizado. Na chegada, passamos reto em frente do hotel e depois voltamos para achá-lo.
