I do not recommend.
the room were not cleaning well. The breakfast offered in the property is very poor - no buffet or restaurant available. And the worst they are not providing Formal invoicing - required for expense report. Trying to use Hotel.com receipt.

The staff was friendly. Parking vallet was great. Rooms are spacias. I booked two rooms for a family of four. Ok here comes the downsides. If you are a light sleeper the avenue adjacent to the hotel is very busy and loud. No restaurant on site and no breakfast buffet. The rooms have balcony so if you have kids be careful. On site soccer field big plus for the kids and the pool is a good size. Other then that welcome to the concert jungle.

The staff was amazing! The room was excellent.. I only wish the breakfast was more diverse with more options to choose omelettes, oatmeal. But overall I am very satisfied.

After booking this LOW Quality Suites, I contacted the hotel regarding airport pick up and late check out. The response was cold and negative. At check in, they made sure they would immediately charge me for the late check. Collection of payment was priority over providing sevice. I was assigned to 14th floor room facing a 8-10 lane avenue with high traffic 24/7. No windows had any double glazing or noise insulation. I couldn't sleep. At 11pm I went to reception and nicely in Portuguese asked if there was a chance to switch to a quite room. I meet with cold and unfriendly faces of staff. One said, he would look into it, then left. I asked the other staff (I am a foreigner but speak intermediate Portuguese and always make the effort). I didn't understand his response, so I asked him kindly to repeat. His "customer friendly" reaction was to raise his voice, like I was retarted (not obvioulsy a foreigner) telling me it is wasn't possible to change the room. I thanked him calmly and return to my room to put in my earplugs. Room is maintained clean, but show their age. On wall in the bedroom there was black mold. At check out, AFTER settling the bill, while waiting for my taxi, the receptionist told me, her colleague made a mistake and forgot to charge me 3 more reais ($1) so before I leave I should settle it. When I told her, this is not very customer friendly, she said if I don't pay it, she will have to do pay it out of pocket. I will never stay again at this property.

Nice but room to improve.
Clean, very friendly and hospitable, great area, just a little outdated. Small TVs, older decor, outdated gym, in house restaurant is ok, but much better ones within a short walk.

Ok not great
Big studio, with a little office to work. Hotel I a very good area of São Paulo. Bathroom is very basic and not well maintained: stains and ants everywhere. It was cold in the city and the whole hotel was freezing. I was expecting more for the price.

Convenient location full service suite
The location was perfect for my stay. But the hotel is so close of a busy heavy traffic street and windows are not soundproof, that you need to be used to sleep with noise. Apartments offer kitchen, segregated living room, office den and bedroom. Sparsely and dates furniture design covers the basics. Internet slow and I used my phone as a router. Breakfast is very good and as expected.

Good location for Vila Olimpia area.
A little worn. I am rating this hotel a 3 because they kept messing up the minibar count and also mistakenly sent a room service in the middle of the night. These things conveyed that things could have been better organized. Other than that, it was good enough for all practical purposes, and the breakfast was good.

Great location and cost-benefit!!!
Amazing location and great cost-benefit!!! Walking distance to everywhere in Vila Olimpia neighborhood, nice restaurant, beautiful swimming pool and cozy suite. The washroom is not big, neither the bedroom, but the suite is confortable, the kitchen helps a lot, as well as the small living room. The air conditioners were good, silent and kept the suite cool all the time, what was perfect because it was 35 Celcius degrees outside!

Excellent location in Sao Paulo. Staff was outstanding. Very comfortable large room. Very quiet, safe location. Excellent breakfast each morning included with the price. Rate was very reasonable. Free parking. Would stay here again.

Nice neighborhood, lots of greenery. Not many high rises around, which gives you a good view of the city. Rooms are spacious. The rooms are old, carpet is faded and the equipment in the room are not in the best shape. My ironing board had a hole in it, there was no iron in my room. The microwave was beeping through the night. The staff are courteous and service is good. Overall its a good deal for the price.

best price in area for comfortable room
The hotel is a good price for the room and services. The room is clean and it is separated into living, office, sleeping, and kitchen areas. All have a balcony to get fresh air. The neighborhood has many restaurants and shopping in walking distance. I stay in the hotel several times a month and I am comfortable there.

Inexpensive and spacious
A bit shabby neighborhood but hotel is fenced in and boasts a decent pool area for a downtown establisment. There is even a small natural grass soccer pitch in the premises. Reception staff spoke adequate English and was very helpful. Moderately priced Junior suite was spacious and well equipped if a bit worn. No safes though. Modest but ok breakfast and really stiff aperitifs! Try the traditional buffet grill restaurant just around the corner.

Localização perfeita em bairro nobre paulistano
A área do café da manhã passa por reformas, então o espaço disponibilizado está bastante reduzido. No geral o hotel é muito bom, com excelente academia e piscina. Recepcionistas atenciosos e staff prestativo. Apartamentos grandes, com dois quartos e cozinha, ideal para permanência com um grupo maior de pessoas ou com crianças. A localização é excelente a alguns passos do Shopping Vila Olímpia, restaurantes e bares. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

O quarto tem microondas, e geladeira, além de pratos e talheres. E do vigésimo andar uma vista para a zona oeste e sul da cidade. O ar condicionado split tem um compressor na varanda e um evaporador separado para cada cômodo: quarto, escritório e sala. E eles são necessários, pois a região é muito barulhenta pata deixar as janelas abertas.

Hotel bom, bem localizado, seguro. Recomendo! Possui café da manhã (apesar do local ser muito pequeno, por conta de o restaurante estar em obras desde maio), piscina (não aquecida), 3 elevadores, lobby sempre com 2 ou 3 atendentes, segurança na porta, computadores para uso, várias opções de refeições no restaurante (entregam tb no quarto). Quarto amplo, espaçoso, com tábua de passar e ferro, varal, mesa para refeição, talheres e pratos, ar condicionado e tv na sala, microondas, frigobar (já abastecido com bebidas) e sacada. Banheiro com amenidades (shampoo, condicionador, sabonete e touca de banho). Quarto com cofre, cabides e armário, ar condicionado e tv com canais a cabo. No geral, muito bom! Limpo, confortável, funcionários educados e prestativos. Pontos negativos: ar condicionado muito velho, faz barulho e começou a pingar água do aparelho split (tive que desligar). Local pra colocar o sabonete dentro do box caindo e banheiro precisando de uns reparos. Estacionamento pago (R$ 25,00 por dia). De resto, ótimo local para estadias. Recomendo e volto com ctz!
