A localização é excelente, especialmente para quem vai a eventos no Allianz Parque, que fica bem próximo. Os funcionários também merecem destaque: todos muito educados, atenciosos e prestativos. O apartamento, porém, é apenas razoável e poderia receber alguns cuidados para proporcionar uma experiência mais confortável. O ponto que mais deixou a desejar foi o enxoval: lençóis e toalhas de qualidade muito ruim, desgastados e incompatíveis com o padrão esperado de uma hospedagem. O lençol não tinha elástico e era muito menor que a cama, ou seja ficava saindo. Lençóis e travesseiros fedidos tbem Na cozinha tbem, xícara lascadas, talheres velhos. Da para notar que o anfitrião não tem nenhum cuidado com detalhes. Com um investimento relativamente simples em roupas de cama e banho de melhor qualidade e alguns cuidados no apartamento, a experiência poderia ser muito melhor. A localização e o atendimento da equipe são, sem dúvida, os grandes pontos positivos.
