If I could give 6 stars I would. It’s all new, the room was nice and comfortable, and the location was good. The ladies at the front desk were most helpful and friendly. Also the cleaning staff deserves recognition as the room was very nicely done every day. Just note that there’s no sign outside so it was unclear at first if I had gone to the right place, and you really should get set up ahead of time with a face recognition thing for access. But all messages from the hotel were in Portuguese only so I had no idea what they said.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful! We will be back. The bed was so comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We speak a little Portuguese and the staff was patient and very encouraging as we have just moved into the area. The pool is lovely! A very quiet and relaxing atmosphere overall.

The hotel works with a self check in system that simply didn’t work for me since the beginning (the link to submit the documents was broken) and I had many issues with the door password being wrong. The WhatsApp chat is a very bad AI. Finally I was able to get help from the support person but it cost me more than an hour. Not recommended.

Hotel incrível, muito lindo, impressionou minha namorada. Tudo e muito bom, desde o elevador até o quarto, e tudo preparado para você passar os melhores dias tem tudo, toalhas, roupa de banho, talheres e utensílios de cozinha, as únicas coisas que me pegaram foram, os preços das coisas no frigobar, 28 reais um trident, 14 uma lata de coca e a falta de pano para secar a louça, mas de resto até o café da manhã no café cultura foi incrível e muito bom, super recomendo, voltarei mais vezes.
