The hotel is ok, although everything is a bit old and worn down. The bed wasn't too comfortable. The service was not bad but not great. The reason I gave it 2 stars is because the price is too high for what you get.

Not worth the money. Reception not very service minded. Price quality you can find better in São Paulo. No shower indoor facilities around the pool for changing clothes. No towels. No sun in the pool

Preciso melhorar a conservação do quarto. As cortinas sujas. O chuveiro pinga o tempo todo. A pia entupida. A limpeza do espelho acessório estava insuficiente. E as toalhas estão na fase de pano de chão o café da manhã é muito bom.a localização também.a equipe maravilhosa e muito atenciosa.

Tentei colocar uma cama a mais no apartamento e o atendente disse que não cabia, por isso tive que pagar por um outro apto para meu filho. Chegando lá constatei que o apartamento era enorme e caberia sim uma cama menor na sala mas obviamente que era mais interessante para o hotel alugar mais um apartamento né. O que importa é o bolso do patrão. Não volto nunca mais, não recomendo e não deixarei ninguém da minha empresa se hospedar neste hotel.
