A staff won’t let you check in anytime before 2pm , otherwise you’ll pay a high fee. The bedding is old and lost its colours , the towels are hard to the touch. You can hear the upstairs guests when they have a shower. We stayed here last year and it was better at that time. But the buffet food was good—-I must give them that.

The shuttle from the hotel that picks up guests from the airport arrived late I had to wait over an hour till its arrival (keep this in mind if you have a short layover) the shuttle pick up areas had no signs or instructions you are on your own to figure it out, you could have up to 8/10 shuttles from different hotels arriving at the same tome is very chaotic and hard to find yours, the hotel is okey for an overnight hotel, the staff is kind and helpful.

The breakfast buffet offered a large variety of food and beverages. The same restaurant provided a delicious lunch and dinner buffet. It is close to the Guarulhos airport and has a reliable airport shuttle around the clock.

The man working at the front desk during my check in was friendly. He also spoke multiple languages so I could speak comfortably. The room was bigger than expected. Everything is clean and working. Airport shuttle is a good bonus.

O hotel é bom. E a terceira vez que eu fico aqui. Sobre a van que leva do aeroporto ao hotel fica um pouco a desejar. A van não estava no aeroporto na hora que ele deveria estar. Chegamos no horário mas tivemos que esperar pela van que veio trinta e cinco minutos depois. O motorista poderia ter esperado o horário pra sair. Para sair do hotel ao aeroporto as vans preenchem o número de pessoas muito rápido. Poderia haver um espaço menor de horário do hotel ao aeroporto pra levar os hóspedes. No mais o hotel e quartos são agradáveis.

The reason why I give the overall 2 stars is because people kept slamming doors next to us and someone talked loudly on the radio. We had an early morning wake up and was not able to get hardly any sleep because of all the noise.
