A localização é muito boa, a acomodação também é limpa e organizada e wifi funcionou bem. confesso que nao gosto muito do fato de ter que avisar o horário que vou chegar porque isso pode ser imprevisível pra mim. Acho que o proprietário poderia instalar um self checkin com códigos como existe no Viva Rock Suites.

Hostel do NAO, Nao negociam,nao limpam, NAO VOLTO

Eu nao gostei de nada ... Reservamos um quarto privativo com duas camas separadas, so tinha uma cama de casal, o que me obrigou a dormir junto com meu primo, situação desconfortavel. Sem cafe da manha, nao vendem nem uma agua mineral no hostel, recepção nao funciona 24hs, deram apenas uma chave pra duas pessoas, como tinhamos programacao separada era um tal de buscar a chave em cada canto da cidade onde o outro estava. Cobram 20,00 para deixar a mala após o checkOut de meio dia que e INEGOCIAVEL.. Nao limparam o quarto nos 3 dias que ficamos . DETESTEI.... Pior hostel que ja fiquei na vida .... Tem tudo pra ser bom mas o administrativo nao colaborou.

Fiquei no quarto com 2 camas e banheiro privativo, foi tudo mto bem, única reclamação é que não pegava internet no nosso quarto o que atrapalhou bastante, qndo reclamamos nos foi informado que a internet não pegava no quarto qndo chovia ou ventava.

A localização é ótima, mas o serviço foi péssimo. Tive um compromisso pelo manhã e 7h30 não tinha ninguém da recepção para fazer o checo out. Fiquei trancada entre o porta e o portão para a rua. Só cheguei a tempo porque uma hóspede me ajudou.

A localização é muito boa. Os funcionários maravilhosos e o hostel fica em uma vila de casas charmosas. Achei apenas que poderia ter água gelada e café, outros hostels oferecem e tem uma escada que liga o segundo piso, que é extremamente perigosa para cair.

O hostel fica numa casa de vila em plena Rua Augusta nos Jardins. É um pequeno oásis de tranquilidade. Check in ocorreu de maneira muito tranquila. Ficamos 3 dias e apesar de ser um hostel não vimos nenhuma agitação. Estávamos no quarto com banheiro privativo. É um pouco apertado para 2 pessoas com malas, mas dá para se virar bem. As camas são baixas sobre pallets, o que é um pouco desconfortável e pode ser um problema para algumas pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção. Achei um excelente custo x benefício, já que se encontra numa localização premium de SP por um valor que não se encontra em nenhum hotel. Me hospedaria novamente sem dúvidas.

Achei o hostel limpo, ambiente agradável, Equipe receptiva, tem cozinha equipada, area de tv, sala de jantar. Banheiro limpinho apesar de pequeno ( falta um pendurador de roupas no box, sugestão que ja foi dada por mim ao hotel ). Eu gostaria que tivesse água mineral à disposição para venda. A entrada é difícil de ver pq o portao fica escuro, discreto, mas o local é tranquilo e super bem localizado.

Amei a estadia no Jardins Village Hostel. O lugar é muito bem localizado, perto de tudo. Funcionários simpáticos, acessíveis e o lugar faz com que a gente se sinta em casa. Mesmo com um pequeno probleminha no check-in, na conversa conseguimos resolver e ficou tudo bem. Tudo muito limpo, organizado, pessoas simpáticas, restaurantes e mercados próximos... Espero poder retornar. E sim, vou indicar a todo mundo que quiser ir passar uns dias em Sampa! Obrigada por nós acolher tão bem! ♥

Adoro esse lugar!

Gosto tanto do hostel que essa é a minha segunda vez aqui! Na minha opinião é perfeito. A localização é ótima, o quarto me atende perfeitamente, o clima do hostel é tão bom que me sinto em casa de tão à vontade. O staff é maravilhoso, ou seja, só elogios! Super recomendo e voltarei em breve!

Hostel silencioso e bem localizado!

O Hostel fica situado em um dos melhores bairros da cidade de São Paulo, próximo a opções de cultura, lazer e restaurantes, é um ambiente familiar, seguro e limpo. Uma experiência bacana que envolve conhecer pessoas do Brasil e do mundo. Os proprietários são simpáticos e receptivos. Voltarei a fazer reserva neste hostel caso volte á São Paulo.

Boa localização para dormir

Pontos positivos: 1) Limpeza 2) Bem localizado 3) Wi-fi Pontos negativos: 1) Só ter banheiro com chuveiro no segundo andar. Quem tem problemas com escada terá dificuldades com o banho. 2) Café da manhã começa tarde - 8 horas. Eu nem posso avaliar a qualidade do café, pois sai antes dele ser servido.
