Terrible communication, rooms dirty, front desk staff with minimum, if any, intention to help. The communication only by wapp makes everything hard and delayed. Bugs in the bathroom made me complain twice, they tried to fix without lucky and could not switch my room due to lack of availability. Had some family visitors who went to visit me but they could not get in because they would need to be registered through the website and run all the hustle online, we had to stay outside, which is not the best safety option. Location is great but service and staff made my experience terrible.

Be careful when booking Charlie properties. In my case, they contacted me the same day I was supposed to check in to inform me that I had to stay at Charlie Pinheiros due to “emergency maintenance,” which was 25 minutes away from the original location. This happened just before I boarded my 7-hour flight to São Paulo, which arrived at night, so I had no chance to complain. The rooms were smaller, of lower quality, looked cheaper, there was no iron, the bathroom ventilation was noisy, and the ceiling was stained with moisture. After they promised compensation for staying in a completely different place than the one I had booked, they only refunded a small part of the first night. I honestly felt scammed. I recommend not taking the risk of booking one of their properties and then being suddenly moved to another location.

If you don't plan to use the swimming pool, it's better to stay at a proper hotel. Uploading the requested documents is a time-consuming and unreliable process. I arrived at the property close to midnight and wasn't sure whether I was registered or not.Congratulations on making efficient use of the space, but the table at the foot of the bed creates a claustrophobic feeling and makes it difficult to move around the bed.

My previous stay in the same property 2 years ago was excellent. This time, the room seemed a little dated. It smelled of mold upon entering, bathroom shower had a broken tray so the bottles had to stay on the floor and dingy walls. The worst part was the lack of communication. I needed to extend my stay last minute and they never replied to any of my messages on WhatsApp, and the worse was when my brother and wife, came with me in order to assist with my check out could not enter the lobby, not even to wait for me there. Embarrassing and unjustifiable. They had valid documents, if asked for, and were there just to help me in the lobby to take my luggage, so this is not a justifiable security reason. I would not be using any of the Charlie properties again when visiting Brazil.

Minha experiência no Charlie

A instalação é excelente muito bom o local perto do metrô tudo bem legal no entanto. Tive uma situação chata no check-in. Minha passagem de ônibus foi adiantada meu check in foi para o horário da tarde até aí ok. Porem cheguei mais cedo não conheço ninguém em São Paulo e pedi apenas para deixar minha bagagem na portaria porém o porteiro foi super grosso e não deixou nem eu entrar no prédio e me deixou ficar na rua cheio de mala de madrugada. Tive que ficar andando das 6 ate as 15h com bagagem na rua. Apenas no início obtive essa situação chata. Mas as instalações são impecáveis tudo primeira linha qualidade premium me colocaram numa sacada perfeita linda vista excelente tudo tecnológico última geração limpo e organizado.Porém deve-se tratar melhor o hospede no check-in.

Apartamento e prédio relativamente novos e tecnológicos, porém a limpeza deixa a desejar. Acomodação não permite visitas, minha amiga teve que ficar esperando na calçada enquanto subia até o quarto para buscar algo que esqueci, não permitiram nem o acesso dela até a recepção enquanto não retornava.

Lugar é exatamente igual ao das fotos, super seguro e confortável, o único defeito é que no quarto que eu fiquei não tinha black out então era muito claro, muito mesmo pois as janelas eram enormes. E tivemos um problema com a portaria, que na madrugada do dia 04 não nos deixaram entrar pois aparecia outro nome, sendo que o nosso check out era apenas as 11h. Ficamos maior tempão na porta.
