The rooms and beds are pretty small, but its kind of a no-frills experience. I walked around the neighborhood a couple of times and found some incredible food, coffee, and a fantastic gym. Its about. 15-20 minute drive to allianz stadium, a 20-30 minute ride from the airport; and the city is peppered with exciting places to eat.

I hope i am just the “unlucky” one. Had several issues with my booking. The check in process was tricky since their app didn’t recognized my official document, and i had a very hard time uploading a different one. That said, when we arrived at the unit, we were informed that the unit was not available yet (6:30 pm, with a 3:00pm check in time). When we managed to get access, the unit was not in very good shape: Furniture with stains and marks, Sink was clogged, but the worst part? No hot water! After moving us to another unit on same building, in better shape, our surprise? No hot water either! Informed by the online chat that that building have a collective water heater system and that maybe it was a “peak hours” issue, we had to face a cold bath. Yep, maybe you have better luck.

My room smelt like a family of rats had died in the bathroom. The company in charge of the property are impossible to get hold of. I Expedia were extremely unhelpful and offered me a laughable £50 refund.

We arrived at property and the passcode didnt work, I spent 1 hour and a half sitting on the floor waiting for a solution, after that there were no towels at the room and the toilet was liking and bushy.

The apartment building was very easy to get in if you fill out the required documentation prior to your stay. The building entrance has this Ai camera that allows entrance via facial recognition. However, when i reached the apartment door there was a lot of complications with the locking system on the door and after 45minutes of back and forth texting with management (because no phone calls allowed), they finally changed my room instead. The cleanliness of the room was ok, there were a few minor dirt mark and stains but for the most part it was ok and an ok experience. The sensor lights in hallways shuts off too quickly (3-5 seconds), im not sure if management could do something about that.

cool apartment

super cool apartment in great area, the communications with ‘charlie’ are not great. had issues with wifi and had to spend a while messaging a chat bot before getting to speak to a human via messenger. also couldn’t lock bifold doors and couldn’t be bothered to go through ‘charlie’ again so left unlocked. would definitely recommend if they changed comms if future.

I will not recommend to rent a property administrated by Charlie when you plan a trip to São Paulo as this one I rented. Upon my arriving to the property, there wa as problem with the toilet as it was not draining. I reported this to the property manager, who told me I needed To wait 24 hour for the technician to come and fix the issue. 24 hours to wait for the use of the toilet, when it is something is use on a regular basis during the Day. The property manager seemed not to understand that the toilet is something essential and there was not way for him to understand the urgency to have it fixed immediately. Even I explained to him several times and in different ways. He did not do anything but sending me a report number to have it fixed in the next 25 hours. I ended moving to a hotel and left the apartment, which it ruined my time in São Paulo. Terrible experience and not customer service at all at this property .

o prédio é ótimo, muito bem localizado, as áreas são super bem cuidadas, a portaria eficiente, mas os apartamentos em si precisam de um pouco mais de cuidado. inicialmente já percebi que apenas duas tomadas no apartamento funcionavam e eram as da cozinha, quando fui usar o microondas estava sem o prato giratório, a cozinha em si no que tange pratos, copos e até talheres é mal equipada e eles estão sempre meio sujos, tive que lavar todos. a limpeza em si deixa um pouco a desejar também e no banheiro visivelmente trocaram o assento por um sem qualidade e barato, que além de ser menor do que a própria privada, estava já rachado porque definifitivamente estava mal colocado, o chuveiro também não era quente o suficiente, nesses dias mais frios em SP foi um pouco complicado tomar banho. o atendimento no whatsapp através de bots é chato e para uma pessoa mais velha seria um problema. só voltaria a ficar se houvesse realmente um cuidado maior em manter os apartamentos atualizados, do contrário certamente você encontra apartamentos mais bem equipados e por preços similares em regiões também bem localizadas!
