The space itself is very nice— beautifully decorated and smells wonderful. Clean and organized— I was just annoyed at having to ask the doorman to let me in every time— and didn’t use the pool as I didn’t know I could— not very clear from the host. They use an automated version to communicate so you never see or speak to anyone, not sure how useful that is. The bathroom was large, however, the shower clogs easily— you need to shower quick otherwise the water will flow all over the floor— the hot water takes a while to get hot. The AC, even though I selected the COLD function didn’t seem to be working and all I had was air/dan blowing into the rooms— it got quite hot and you can’t really open the windows as the airport is right there and the noise is very loud— even closing the windows you can still hear the planes coming and going. Overall is was a nice and positive experience but these issues should be addressed for future guests staying at the space. Thanks!

The apartment itself was clean and tidy. But on arrival the doorman didn't have our booking confirmation. Thanks the doorman and his help we got after one hour our apartment. But the next issue was that we booked an apartment with two bedrooms and there was only one. Next day, after long discussion, we got a second one bedroom apartment as a solution. A bit disappointed, above all after a 20;hours flight and being tired.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tivemos uma ótima experiência no Charlie. Nossa hospedagem tinha um propósito mais voltado para estudo e trabalho, e o hotel atendeu perfeitamente às nossas necessidades. A localização foi um grande diferencial, ficando próxima dos locais que precisávamos frequentar e também de academias, algo que faz parte da nossa rotina diária. A acomodação era confortável, funcional e prática, exatamente dentro da proposta oferecida. Outro ponto positivo foi a conveniência de contar com um mercadinho no próprio prédio, o que facilitou bastante para atender necessidades rápidas durante a estadia. De forma geral, foi uma experiência muito positiva, com boa estrutura, praticidade e conforto. Certamente voltaríamos a nos hospedar no local.

Vale muito a pena pelo custo-benefício. O hotel tem uma localização excelente, bem próximo ao aeroporto de Congonhas, além de contar com bastante comércio nas redondezas, o que facilita muito a estadia. As instalações são ótimas, tudo bem cuidado e confortável. Os quartos são aconchegantes e a cozinha é completa, atendendo perfeitamente às necessidades. O único ponto de melhoria é o processo de check-in. Como não há porteiro no prédio, é necessário fazer um cadastro prévio, mas, ao chegarmos, a biometria não funcionou. Tivemos que passar as informações pelo interfone, o que acabou gerando um pequeno transtorno. Fora isso, a experiência foi muito positiva. Recomendo bastante!

Tudo muito limpo... chuveiro bem gostoso, local silencioso apesar da proximidade com o aeroporto. Muitas facilidades por perto. tive um pouco de dificuldade com o fogão (indução) mas depois consegui utilizar.
