I stayed in a room with two single beds. I was given two room keys, but my booking was just for one person. I had a friend coming into my room over two nights, we went to a few bars but he didn’t stay with me. When I checked out I was told that I needed to pay about 50USD extra for having a guest despite the fact that he did not stay, and the room is indeed for two people. The air-conditioning was crappy, the single bed was far too small and uncomfortable. Very average hotel, and a very bad checkout experience, being charged extra money. What a rip off.

Hotel muy bonito, tranquilo. Desayuno muy bueno. Único problema fue que desde que llegamos solicitamos la plancha de ropa, la primera vez nos dijeron que no estaba disponible. A la mañana siguiente la solicitamos nuevamente a las 06:20 da manhã e tampoco estaba disponible. Esperamos 3 horas para poder usarla y nunca estuvo disponible. Hablamos en la recepción y dijeron que por el horario no podían llamar a los cuartos a pedir la planchas ( tres planchas en total) Teníamos un congreso y necesitábamos planchar nuestra ropa. Llegamos en la noche y nuevamente solicitamos la plancha, una vez más, no tenían disponible, esperamos y esperamos y esperamos y nada. Solo fue a la mañana siguiente, el día que nos íbamos, que el funcionario Leonardo, que estuvo el 12/09/26 en recepción, que hizo todo lo posible por ayudarnos. Entro en contacto y solicito una plancha de las tres disponibles. Toda esa historia hizo que la estadía no fuera tan agradable en cuestión de organización.

Fomos para SP a trabalho, durante 5 dias. Durante esses 5 dias fizemos reclamações devido a internet não está funcionando. Demos entrada na segunda feira. O sinal chegava até a porta, mas não dentro do quarto. Apenas na quinta feira, que o técnico descobriu isso. o objetivo era isso ser resolvido para chegarmos anoite e conseguirmos trabalhar. Chegamos tarde, em torno de 9:45... entrei em contato com a recepção e foi dito que entraria em contato com o técnico para ir até o quarto. As 23 horas desci e reclamei... a gerente da recepção virou pra mim e disse que pelo menos a internet dela tava funcionando, então não tinha muito o que ela fazer. Achei de uma falta de respeito. O outro rapaz sugeriu que fosse feito a troca de quatro, apesar a resistência dela, a mesma acabou cedendo. É a segunda vez que ficamos neste hotel... já tivemos problema com esta moça da primeira vez tbm. Devido o horário, optamos por dar continuidade no dia seguinte. Como faltava pouco tempo para nosso check-out e devido termos que ficar a sexta até tarde novamente trabalhando, optamos por não passar pelo transtorno de mudança de quarto. A internet veio a funcionar somente de manhã no sábado, no dia do nosso check-out! Além disso, no primeiro dia, tinha manta suja na cama, cortina estragada e ladrilhos do chão do chuveiro soltando, e pia com dificuldade da agua descer.

O Hotel é um pouco antigo, mas tudo funcionou bem. O café da manhã é ótimo e tem variedades, inclusive havia itens referentes a temporada de festa junina, como canjica, arroz doce, eu amei isso. O custo benefício é bom e eu voltaria a me hospedar sim.

Ótima localização, equipe simpática, chuveiro e café da manhã muito bom. Carpete dos corredores totalmente dispensável- sujo e encardido, passando um aspecto feio ao local! Uma programação de retirada melhoraria o aspecto rapidamente. Mobiliário antigo, mas que nao impacta em nada. Se vc procura preço bom e localização, recomendo. Se quiser algo moderno, não é pra vc.
