The apartment was a good size for 4 people. The kitchen was ok, we were expecting a laundry though. The building is very safe, the gym is great, but you need to book. The bed sheets were low quality. The decoration was very cozy. There is a grocery store and a bakery you can walk to, which was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay.

We were a little confused about the check in and check out procedures since this is not a hotel. If you have a car you have to find a way to get up to the apartment first then get the placard for your vehicle then you can pull in. You can park in any parking space. Garage is tight. Very responsive host. Answered all of our questions promptly and clearly. The apartment had clogged bathroom sink that did not drain well. Probably had hair clog. There were dead bugs smashed on the walls. Could use fresh paint. There was a nice big balcony but everyone above smokes and throws their cigarette butts down below. Location was nice. Could walk to many restaurants and bars. Easy walk to public transportation. Door staff was nice and friendly and helpful. Building was safe and secure.

O apartamento é bem localizado, limpo, confortável e muito funcional. Apresenta uma varanda grande, mas que não tem mesinha ou cadeira. Fica como sugestão colocar uma mesinha e pelo menos três cadeiras. A cozinha é excelente, mas faltam alguns utensílios. É uma ótima opção para estadias longas.
