Terrible check in communication take like more than one hour to complete check in , and about one hour to get access to garage parking. The hotel worker in a front desk talking behind the customers not good things and left about the poor job his doing, I’m not happy with the front workers at all, but a good location to allianz parque

The location and roof top views here amazing. The room was a bit small but ok for us. The bed sheets were smelly and dirty. A better explanation on how the housekeeping works would be great. I paid for cleaning when I booked it for 2 days I asked how housekeeping works and was told to call a number if I needed anything so I did call and they wanted to charge me for extra towels toilet paper and cleaning again, so I just said no because I already paid. I had to use dirty towels. Check in process was a bit delayed too they would never send me the apartment number or code to get into the building.

The apartment was not very clean: the shower area had mold and dirt in the tile and floor joints and around the shower valve. There was dust in the coffee machine. Very thin pillows. The apartment smelled of mold. The bed linen and blanket were clean and smelled nice. New and modern furniture.

Not really a proper hotel. Not worth it to stay there just because it’s close to the stadium because there are plenty of other and better options to stay or to go after a game or concert. Place didn’t have much space to move inside or to accommodate our 4 luggages. I’d not recommend. Expensive and not good. Very difficult to communicate, only via WhatsApp and they couldn’t do anything to help me to all my requests. Very frustrating stay.

• No electrical outlets to charge devices outside of the bathroom unless you unplug the TV and remove it from the wall. • No kitchen supplies other than a few plates and knives. • The microwave stops working at least once every day. It doesn’t work unless you unplug it and plug it back in, which you may be unable to do if you’re a woman. (It’s heavy.)

I had to change units 3 times. The first apartment had drunk and drugged people, so I asked to move to another building at 11 pm. When I got there, they gave me a room number and password. I went in and there were people living there, and all of this with 3 heavy suitcases. I called them, it was already midnight, I was given another room, they gave me a password and number. I went in and there was one person living there. I had to go down again. It was already 1 am. I called them and then they gave me another apartment and there was no one in it. During my stay in this apartment there were about 5 cockroaches and many bugs, the shower didn't work properly. I paid for my stay on the 29th and only entered the apartment on the 31st for personal reasons. When I asked if they could give me a refund or extend my stay, they simply hung up on me.

O imóvel está de acordo com as imagens e descrição do anúncio. Entretanto a comunicação com a propriedade é ruim . Tive q entrar em contato para solicitar link para fazer o reconhecimento facial para acesso ao prédio, depois tive q entrar em contato novamente para solicitar a senha de acesso ao apartamento. Mensagens são enviadas pela propriedade aqui pelo app, mas nenhuma chega em formato de texto, vem como arquivo e não abre. Não me hospedaria novamente.

A experiência de check in foi ruim porque mesmo realizando o check in online não me mandaram informações como número do quarto e código de acesso, precisei ficar na rua esperando atendimento. O quarto não era o que reservei. Anúncio COMPLETAMENTE DIFERENTE. Estava ok, mas não era o que eu reservei então foi frustrante chegar lá esperando por um ambiente e receber outro que não havia nenhuma similaridade. As persianas da janela não funcionavam, a tampa da privada estava completamente solta, o ar condicionado não desligava a luz, atrapalhando na hora de dormir, as paredes estavam todas cheias de marcas, as toalhas estavam manchadas e o interfone não funcionava, dificultando o processo de recebimento de delivery. O elevador do prédio era horrível. Precisávamos esperar mais de 10 minutos quando precisávamos subir ou descer, era péssimo, pequeno, balançava muitooooo e não atendia todos que precisavam usá-lo. A experiência em geral só não foi pior porque a localização foi ótima para o motivo da minha viagem, de resto foi completamente frustrante.

O apartamento tem boa localização para ir a shows, mas falta manutenção na pia do banheiro entupida, não tem suporte para colocar sabonete e shampoo no box da ducha que é minúsculo. O check-in é difícil. A região tem muito barulho e não tiveram cuidado de fazer algum tipo de isolamento acústico. O preço é alto pra pouquíssima comodidade.

Sujo. Cortina quebrada. Torneira do chuveiro fazia um barulho ensurdecedor. Cama toda solta. Cadeiraa quebradas também.Controles sem pilha. Internet não funcionou nem televisão. O vizinho me emprestou a senha e , só por isso, tive acesso a TV. Fiquei 2 dias tentando contato para resolver essas questões ou trocar o apartamento. Em vão. Passei uma semana sem nenhum retorno. O apartamento, apesar de muito pequeno, tem tudo que é necessário para a estadia, se precisar, utensílios de cozinha, filtro de água, cafeteira, sanduicheira, air fryer, micro-ondas, fogão de indução, frigobar Localização excelente, dá para ir e voltar à pé ao Alianz Parque e também da estação de metrô Barra Funda

Os copos e taças estavam sujam, com marcas de batom, sinal de que não foram limpos. Foi esquecido uma bucha e produto de limpeza na pia do banheiro. E, o banheiro não me parecia limpo.
