Estive muito rápido no Palmas Hostel, mas gostei da arquitetura do local, a localização dentro do centro histórico é legal. Não tomei café da manhã, por isso não posso opinar. Custo benefício legal!

Pousada bonita mas peca na higiene

A pousada é um charme, fica bem no centro historico de são luis, o atendimento é ok alguns funcionarios super simpaticos e educados outros nem tanto. O café da manhã não é ruim e tem bastante variedade, o problema maior que me faz dar uma nota baixa foi com a higiene do local, as toalhas de banho deixadas no quarto estavam extremamente sujas pedi para trocar e vieram sujas novamente, pareciam estar usadas com marcas aparente de sujeira e mal cheiro, a roupa de cama tambem, a funcionaria que foi super paciente comigo e realizou a troca 3 vezes das tolahas que sempre vinham sujas me informou que esses objetos eram lavados em uma lavanderia externa e que infelizmente isso acontecia muito. Não me hospedaria novamente no local por isso.

Hostel lindo, no coração do centro histórico. A rua do Giz é perfeita e fica pertinho do Mercado das Tulhas, do Cafofinho da tia Dica e do Flor de Vinagreira ( melhores restaurantes da região). As meninas da recepção foram super atenciosas. Voltaria sempre! 😀

Eine sehr gute Lage am Rande der Altstadt, wo die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß problemlos zu erreichen sind. Und trotzdem ist es ruhig, insbesondere nachts. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und helfen auch bei Verständigungsproblemen. Die gesamte Hostelanlage ist wunderschön mit alten Möbeln dekoriert. Einziger Minuspunkt: Das Zimmer ist für mein Empfinden zu stark gekühlt, die Klimaanlage ist nicht einfach zu regulieren. Der kalte Luftzug geht direkt auf das Kopfteil des Bettes, so daß es da ungemütlich wird. Da hilft nur, sich verkehrt ins Bett zu legen.

Foi tudo ótimo. Mas realmente foi confuso reservar o palma e ter que se deslocar com mala pesada pro outro lado da rua pra ficar no outro hostel que não é o palma. Deveriam separar as reservas e as ofertas.

Casarão histórico de 200 anos

As acomodações são simples, mas é limpo, as camas são confortáveis, o prédio é um casarão antigo de 200 anos, é um ambiente bastante agradável. O café da manhã também é muito bom. A localização é boa para quem quer conhecer o centro histórico de São Luís, que vem sendo revitalizado e na área do Hotel é relativamente seguro. Pelo preço é uma excelente relação custo-benefício.

Recomendo o Palma Hostel.

Gostei muito do Palma Hostel. Na verdade é um hotel com quartos privativos. Boa localização para quem pretende passar mais tempo na região do centro histórico. Fica na Rua do Giz. Não pára carros na porta, mas se consegue descer a poucos metros, uns 50 metros mais ou menos. Cheguei de madrugada, então tive um pouco de preocupação relação a isso. Mas o local é aparentemente seguro. Atendimento excelente e atencioso, todos estão de parabéns. Deixo um abraço especial para o Chagas e Leonardo, excelentes profissionais. O Chagas é muito bom de papo, um kra é de uma energia muito boa. Quarto e banheiro amplos o suficiente para uma boa estadia. Banheiro com chuveiro elétrico. Possui bastantes escadas, é um casarão antigo, rustico, muito bonito e bem decorado. Se o hóspede tiver alguma dificuldade de locomoção, recomendo se informar antes sobre a possibilidade de algum quarto mais acessível. O café da manhã é bom, dentro da média dos demais hotéis. Apenas uma observação em relação ao ar condicionado do quarto 33, estava em 17 graus e não tinha como regular a temperatura e nem desligar, havia algum problema com o equipamento, já que não foi possível usar o controle remoto, informei na recepção, mas não foi possível resolver. Também em relação às paredes do quarto, estavam bastante sujas. Observar um pouco a limpeza. No mais recomendo e voltarei.

Excelente localização

acomodação em prédio histórico, no centro da cidade, perto dos principais pontos de interesse da São Luís. Atendimento do Chagas tb é diferenciado. Se a reserva for para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção, averiguar se o quarto fica no térreo. Hospedagem tem muitas escadas e idosos podem ter dificuldade. Café da manhã básico.

A éviter

Cet hôtel a été la déception de tout notre séjour au Brésil. Tout d’abord les chambres avaient déjà été payées sur hotel.com, mais il a fallu insister 3 fois pour que le réceptionniste arrive enfin à retrouver notre paiement, voulant nous faire repayer. Les chambres sont vieilles, salles, avec nombre de choses cassées ou dysfonctionnantes. Le minibar à disposition dans la chambre, vide (ce n’est pas le souci) vous envoie une odeur pestilentielle si jamais vous essayez de l’ouvrir. Climatisation cassée (en fait elle fonctionne, mais vous ne pouvez ni la régler, ni la modifier, ce qui fait que nous avons déplacé le lit de mon fils qui était dessous). Petit déjeuner sans intérêt. Enfin un bon bruit (sans doute la préparation du petit déjeuner, mais je ne comprends pas trop ce qu’il y avait à préparer au vu du résultat) vous réveille à 6h00 du matin, vous permettant d’être sûr de ne pas traîner trop longtemps dans cet endroit.

O casarão é antigo (possui mais de dois séculos) e tem alguns problemas de manutenção naturais do tempo, mas as instalações são razoáveis e a localização é perfeita: no coração do Centro Histórico. O café da manhã é bem simples, mas para um hostel esse aspecto já é, em verdade, um diferencial.
