Overall good stay

Overall, we had a pretty good stay at this hotel. For the money, it delivers good value. The room itself was pretty clean, but our shower was quite dirty and could use a proper deep cleaning. But all the staff were very Nice and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items, including a good selection of fresh fruit. And the location is very good, especially for a nice dinner out on a restaurant near the Lagoon or at champs mall nearby.

O quarto estava limpo e a organização era ótima, porém o serviço é péssimo, nao respeitam o que é divulgado de janela de serviços e horários, além do café da manha ser tumultuado e com pessoas em pé, muito desorganizado. A localização é ótima, mas os quartos se divergem muito, fiquei 2 vezes em 1 semana no hotel, antes e depois de ir aos leçois maranhenses, o quarto anterior era bom, tinha janela, banheiro com janela e espaço interno, o segundo quarto era minusculo, sem janela alguma, banheiro pequeno em que a porta mal se abria cou fechava com alguem dentro, e sem nenhuma abertura para entrar ar ou ver fora do hotel.

Hotel de passagem (estadia curta!)

É um hotel mediano, de passagem, não atende à férias em geral. Não tem áreas de lazer ou algo do tipo. O café da manhã é bom, mas em dias alternados há uma pessoa responsável pelas tapiocas que é muito desagradável, fica de cara feia e muita má vontade em atender. O hotel tem características antigas (móveis antigos, com desgastes e descascando), peca um pouco na limpeza também.
O chuveirinho do banheiro estava neste estado, lodo em toda parte! Ou seja, limpeza somente básica, não se atentam aos detalhes.
