"Checked in during the evening to find the toilet was not working. Was not offered to move rooms and a technician would come in the next morning to fix the toilet. Technician arrived around noon the next day and was unable to fix the toilet. Communication with the host Julia was terrible. After a couple hours we were offered a new room, however, it was a different category room with two twin beds. Little or no apology was given and communication ceased with the host Julia after we denied the twin room and moved to a different hotel requesting a full refund. Have not heard any updates on our refund almost a week after this ordeal."
