É a segunda vez em dois anos que fico neste hotel. Achei que, desta vez, algumas coisas nao me agradaram tanto. A toalha de banho tinha um furo grande, precisando ser descartada. Tiradentes quero voltar mas nao nesta pousada.

Café da manha muito abaixo da expectativa. Mesmas frutas bolos e paes retornaram no dia seguinte. Falta substituição de equipamento usado para manter cafe e leite aquecidos, micro-ondas carece de substituição também. Limpeza quarto só se pedir, piada né... fizeram e nem ouve reposição material basico de higiene, papel. Recepção nao mantem funcionários disponíveis pra atendimento. Precisei de agua pois frigo bar nem foi abastecido e mesmo com número pra ligar nao fui atendido. Paisagismo dos ambientes carecem de limpeza e manutenção.

Razoavel. É uma hospedagem simples. Box do banheiro e tampo do vaso sanitario antigos. Precisam de renovação. Lencois e toalhas de banho encardidos e velhos. O lençol não prende no colchão, pois e pequeno para encaixar. Cafe da manhã razoável. Ja estivemos hospedados no mesmo lugar outras vezes. Nao esta sendo dada a devida manutenção.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, tem um ambiente limpo e agradável. Com relação ao conforto ficou um pouco a desejar, principalmente pela cama. Já no atendimento faltou um pouco de cuidado para encantar o cliente, principalmente com o apoio para quem necessita de estrutura para o trabalho remoto.

O quarto em que ficamos é razoável, tem ar cond.e ventilador, mas o banheiro é acanhado, não tem uma prateleira sequer para acomodação dos itens de higiene, o interruptor da luz de o quarto é mal localizado.
