Realizei a reserva deste hotel com base nas fotos divulgadas, que apresentavam um ambiente bonito e bem cuidado. No entanto, ao chegar para a hospedagem, tive uma surpresa bastante desagradável: nosso quarto não ficava na área principal do hotel, e sim em uma estrutura anexa, visivelmente precária — ambiente sujo, antigo e com aparência de abandono. A área principal do hotel de fato corresponde às imagens: é bonita e agradável. O problema é que o quarto em que fomos alocados destoa completamente disso, com qualidade muito inferior ao que foi anunciado e ao valor que pagamos. A sensação foi a de um quarto de hotel de beira de estrada. Houve, portanto, uma divergência significativa entre o que foi oferecido nas fotos e o que foi entregue. Diante disso, solicito o reembolso parcial referente à diferença de qualidade entre a acomodação anunciada e a recebida.

O Hotel é muito bem estruturado com estacionamento externo sem manobrista, contudo seguro, a infraestrutura oferecida na área de lazer é espetacular, a localização é boa, os funcionários são simpáticos, o café da manhã é muito bom mesmo... apenas duas ressalvas: a primeira é que como o hotel estava cheio, nossa acomodação foi no segundo andar e é de escada; a segunda é que a cama já não era tão nova e a dormida ficou comprometida... de resto a avaliação de ZERO a NOVE... leva um NOVE.

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa!!! O Isla Beach Hotel é lindo. Lauane e Giliane nos recepcionaram super bem e fizeram nos sentirmos em casa. O café da manhã é delicioso. Hotel ímpar e atendimento sem igual! Viajamos para comemorar o aniversário do meu marido e ficamos encantados com o atendimento,a limpeza,organização e o ambiente muito bem cuidado. O café da manhã é maravilhoso,tudo de muita qualidade e com um cardápio de itens preparados na hora,a tapioca de queijo com goiabada era incrível! O atendimento é fora de série,todos os colaboradores sem exceção,a todo momento tem alguém da equipe para saber se precisamos de algo… sem falar a estrutura,muito conservada,limpa… enfim! Com certeza voltaremos!
