The apartment is located on the ground floor of a country house, with a 60 m2 terrace offering mountain views, in an area with excellent transport links, yet quiet. It has on-site parking, a grassy lawn (250 m²), and an orchard (800 m²) with fruit trees, where the barbecue is located. The outdoor areas are shared.
It features double-glazed windows and central hot water. It is equipped with a TV, ceramic cooktop, microwave, iron, washing machine, hair dryer, blender and juicer, toaster, bed linens and towels, tablecloths and napkins, toilet paper, and tea towels. It consists of one bedroom with a 135-cm double bed and an en suite bathroom, one bedroom with two 90-cm beds and a shared bathroom, and a living room/kitchen.

It’s essential to me that you have detailed information about everything related to my home and the area where I live, as this helps you make the best choices. My guests are typically families—with or without children—who want to spend a few relaxing days in a simple, natural setting, exploring new places and enjoying the cuisine and climate of the Rías Baixas. I live very close by and come by every day to maintain the gardens and facilities. I am always available to help and advise you in any way I can, whenever needed, while always respecting your privacy.
The nearest town (Vilalonga) is 900 m away and offers all amenities: banks, bars, a bakery, a health centre, supermarkets, a pharmacy, small shops, a petrol station, etc. The nearest beach is Playa de la Lanzada, 2 km away (a 5-minute drive). Good access to the Salnés AG-4.1 motorway (5 km away) and the A-9 highway (10 km away). Within a radius of approximately 6 to 10 km are the towns of Sanxenxo, Portonovo, El Grove, La Toja, San Vicente del Mar, and Cambados.
Vigo is 45 km away by highway, Santiago de Compostela is 80 km away by highway, and the border with Portugal is 70 km away (45 m.). Along the coast, you can visit the Cies, Ons, and Arosa islands.
