Walls are dirty and the paint could use a new coat. There is mold in the bathtub and a smell of humidity throughout the apartment. The apartment is not soundproof and the noise from the other apartments is quite present. The owner was very helpful with everything and answered promptly to our texts. The pool was dirty when we arrived and had some sort of paper clogging the drain system. There were no towels for the kitchen. We ran out of toilet paper for one of the bathrooms.
