Built in a picturesque neighbourhood, in the Caldera area, it features a unique view of the volcano, and Santorini's famous sunset... A view that extends all the way to the village of Oia. It is a self-catering villa of living space of 111 sq.m (just under 1,200 sq.ft) . It is built over two levels, in full accordance with modern Cycladic architecture, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features a private pool with a Jacuzzi, an outdoor shower by the pool, an outdoor WC, a spacious terrace furnished with top quality sun-loungers, sheltered pergolas with outdoor furniture, private parking, and a garden of approximately 680sq.m. (just over 7,300 sq.ft.) The ground floor features 3 bedrooms, a writing-desk, air-conditioning, flat screen TVs, a big bathroom, and verandas with a breath-taking, panoramic view of the Caldera. My family stayed at Hemera Home in May 2024\. Maria is an amazing lady and so attentive and helpful. The home is fantastic, extremely comfortable and honestly, the pictures just don’t do it justice. The pool area is well laid out and very comfortable. The sunset views are better than fighting the mobs at Oia (way overrated). Great location and a quiet area. Easy to get to nice restaurants and beaches nearby. Maria organized some tours for us and they were outstanding. The best was the Catamaran Sunset cruise, it’s a must. 5 hours and you get to swim a couple of times and they cook a great meal for you. Speaking of meals, Maria brought a fresh traditional Greek breakfast every morning that was unbelievable! Every day was something different but amazing. Maria is an unbelievable top notch host ! Her hospitality is unmatched ! She was easy to communicate with , set us up with different activities to do , provided delicious vegetables from her garden and greeted us every morning with Greek breakfast ! Now let’s talk about THE VIEW !!! WOW !!! You might not want to leave with the impeccable panaramic views from all the different balconies surrounding the home . This home truly is a serenity oasis ! Was a beautiful place to watch the sunset from your pool while you relax on the comfortable furniture sipping wine. Great location. Close enough to the tourist areas of Oia and Fira, but allow quiet time at the villa. Having Maria as our host makes your stay special. The sunset from the balcony is as beautiful as the one you can see in Fía and Oia, but with privacy! The host Maria is very friendly and helpful, she arranged transfers for us, made breakfasts for us, give us extra yogurt and fruits when she heard that one of our daughters has gluten intolerance. Our stay in Santorini was perfect thanks to the villa and Maria’s wonderful hospitality. ##### Li Z. Maria was very helpful in identifying things to do and see during our stay. The house is perfectly situated so that one can see both the southern sea and the Caldera. Clean as a whistle, great host, and amazing views. Went for my honeymoon with my wife and close friends. Maria was as extremely thorough with checkin, accommodations, and overall customer service. Best part about the house is the fantastic views from it. You can see the caldera and everytihing surrounding it from the west side of house and also a nice view of the water on the east side. The Hemera holiday home was a beautiful property just as seen in the pictures. The property has the most gorgeous views of the caldera and sunsets and is very clean and comfortable. Our host was amazing and took care of all our needs and more! I highly recommend this home for your stay in Santorini if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay away from the crowds of Oia and Fira but yet easily accessible to the same. ##### Varsha P. It was extremely well maintained and clean. Our host Maria, was always there to help with anything we needed. She also makes a very delicious breakfast each morning which is so well appreciated.
