The villa was absolutely perfect and could not have wished for a better place to stay! The amazing pool, the wonderful interior, the stunning views of the sunset in the evening, the tranquility away from the busy crowds and the ideal location being a very short walk into the centre of Oia. And then there is Tassos, who is the most amazing host/owner you could wish for. He goes above & beyond to make sure you have a truly unforgettable stay. Also his knowledge of the best restaurants to eat (and booking the best tables) made the Oia experience even more special. 100% recommend this gem of a property! We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect!

Amazing stay!! We stayed at St.Johns villas for few days during our honeymoon and what a perfect place. The villa was very nice, clean, perfectly equipped and elegant. We slept like a babies in the comfortable bed. And omg the outside area, it was like nothing else. It was spacious, fresh and clean, with this fantastic pool, nice sun beds and a hammock. Words cannot describe how perfect it was. And just to make it a little bit better, the sunset view from the garden was amazing! No need to go to the town for that. The breakfast was very nice as well. We were afraid of that the location would be a little bit off, but we were wrong, it was very well located. Yes it took us maybe 5-10 minutes to walk to central Oia, but that didn’t bother us at all. We had the perfect privacy at the villa in one of the most tourist crowded towns in the world, and it only took us minutes to be in the middle of all that. And last but not least, Tassos, the host. He was the cherry on top. He was super nice and helpful, (without being too much). He was on top of everything, gave us some great recommendations and even made all of the reservations for us. Thank you Tassos! The only downsides were that we loved the place so much, that we skipped few touristy things just too relax by the pool instead (don’t regret that). And we didn’t wanna go home at the end of the stay. Probably the best place we have ever stayed at… and ever will. Hurry, book your stay there now!!

We stayed for 4 nights at this property & absolutely loved it. It’s a charming place away from the hustle/noise of Oia (10 min walk or 2 min drive) The property is well kept & flawlessly manicured/maintained. It was EXTREMELY clean during our stay. It has a small kitchenette (without microwave/stove/or hot plate to warm up left over food).There’s a great sonos system to play music if you wish. The bathroom had cotton pads, makeup remover, sunscreen (for both adults & kids), nail file, q-tips, toothpaste & brush, Ahava bath products and a standard blow dryer (but no diffuser attached for us curly haired gals), clean towels & robe. There were complimentary straw hats & flip flop thong slippers thoughtfully provided. The bed was comfortable & there is an area upstairs that has a small twin bed and an outside deck to enjoy sunsets (but no furniture). You would need to bring some chairs to sit there if you wish. We were provided plenty of large bottled water during our stay. Of all the places we stayed at their laundry service for 20 euros per load was the least expensive (unless you wash your clothes yourself). The pool is heated during spring/winter months & not in the summer for energy reasons. It will cost 120 euros if u wish to have it on. Tassos owns/manages this beautiful property and has a heart of gold. He made the best sunset dinner reservations for my birthday and was very attentive. He spoiled us to no end & made our stay memorable. Thank u Tassos!
