We were received warmly and the hotel was comfortable, clean, spacious and in the best location possible for exploring Fira. It exceeded our expectations given the reasonable price. The hotel also coordinated our shuttle from the airport. Highly recommend.

The staff were so nice, made the experience 10 times better! I loved the room and the decor of the hotel. It is easy to walk to a lot of places from here as it is right on a busy street. That being said, it was decently loud at night so it caused some of my group to have some trouble sleeping. Overall I loved this hotel and would stay here again!

Great Hotel in the middle of Fira

We had to book for one night, since our airline moved our flight a day earlier and our other hotel was fully booked. The Hotel is clean, will all of the necessary amenities and right in the middle of the action in Fira. Both of the front desk ladies were really nice and helpful. A top notch property.

Excelent service at hotel! Nice and spacious room. Very well located, walking distance to shops, restaurants, bus station. You can take the bus from airport to hotel for 2 euros, instead a taxi for 15 euros per person. Just two blocks from hotel. They don't have pool or other áreas, but is a nice and small hotel.

Good value and clean

Really nice stay at the Pelican Hotel. It was exactly what we expected. The reception staff are very nice and helpful, and our room was extremely clean and fairly spacious (we did not upgrade). We even had a small patio. The room itself was spare but had what we needed. The location didn't have views but was very central, and it was easy to walk to bars, restaurants, and scenic viewpoints. I would say the Pelican was good value. There is a nice looking restaurant attached which we did not have time to try but did have a nice garden.

Wonderful hotel to stay in Fira

Excellent location for staying in Fira, a few minutes walk to a beautiful view of the cliffs and the sea, surrounded by restaurants and shops, ther restaurant is great serving delicious local food, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the staff is very friendly and helpful with providing local information about the area, we highly recommend it
